GoogleIan R has been an superstar from start to finish. It's very hard to find an estate agent you can trust and feel are genuine. Also a shout out to Rob and Steve for their help as well. GoogleAfter being badly let down for 19 months by another estate agent in High Wycombe, I contacted Rob at Wye. The property was put back on the market with Wye and the property had a buyer within a week and the sale completed in 4 weeks. This estate agent is very easy to deal with and they do what they say they’ll do. Overall I’m very happy and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable and honest estate agent.

GoogleThese guys were amazing. From start to finish. I had tried to sell my property with another well known estate agent in Wycombe for a year and a half. They didn’t communicate with me, and I could never speak to the same person in the office. Totally the opposite with Wye a Residential. I would recommend them whole heartedly. GoogleRobert was an excellent help throughout the transaction. My solicitors were very slow, and he helped me chase them and contacted the seller when I needed to know something, etc. Today I finally got my keys!! Highly recommend them

We had a really tight (read seven weeks) turnaround for getting everything turned around for exchange, and Tracy and the team were instrumental in our achieving this timeframe; despite it being incredibly close. They were friendly, personable, supportive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. I can'#t recommend them high enough.
