From the initial meetings, their expertly run viewings, the help and guidance, through to the completion of the sale of our property, they have gone above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWye have sold two properties for me this year due to bereavement. I can certainly recommend them. Realistic valuations, great communication and excellent service. Kept in the loop about viewings etc and they are very willing to sort out any problems. I would particularly like to thank Steve for all his help.

GoogleWe used Wye to recently sell our cottage and Ian Richardson was our appointed agent. The service we received overall from Wye was excellent, but in particular Ian was superb. He was friendly, knowledgeable and regularly liaised with us. We highly recommend Wye's services and definitely ask for Ian if you are going to use them yourselves.

Rob Mackay has always been extremely personable and always ready to give sound advice at any stage of the process. GoogleRob and the team at Wye could not have worked harder for us! All moves are fraught with complications and this chain was no different - possibly worse. Every problem was calmly worked through, we were kept informed at all times, all our questions were answered and if I ever move again it will be with Wye.
