GoogleIf it wasn’t for Wye, we would not be where we are right now! We had some pretty useless solicitors, but Darrell Litchfield and Ian Richardson have saved us. They acted for both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our house, and if it wasn’t for their constant chasing and liaising with solicitors in our very long chain, we would not have managed to move in time before our mortgage offer expired. We got the keys to our new house just a few days before Christmas and less than 10 days before our mortgage offer expired. Having a local and well experienced estate agent will always pay off, and I cannot thank the team enough for what they did for us!

GoogleRecently sold a property with Wye and coincidentally also bought a property through them at the same time. Both Rob and Darrell (points of contact for each property) were excellent throughout - keeping in touch regularly, helping to chase the relevant people and persevering to manage get us moved in time for Christmas - that wouldn't have happened without Wye's input. Everybody we dealt with at Wye was extremely friendly, kind and professional. Even though we all say "I'm never moving again!" just after we've moved, we can confidently say we wouldn't hesitate to use Wye again in the future as cannot fault them at all. Huge thanks to all involved.

GoogleWe were tenants for ≈3 years and were repeatedly told how well we looked after the flat at our inspections. Wye tried to claim £360 from us at the end of our tenancy despite us leaving the flat in a cleaner, nicer state and fixing pre-existing problems ourselves. They dragged this on for four months when the Tenancy Dispute Service finally agreed their charges were incorrect and we were returned our full deposit. It's happened with most letting agencies in Wycombe so be cautious and don't let them scaremonger you into paying.
Hi Ed I am sorry you feel as though we are to blame for this, we act purely as an intermediary between landlord and tenant, we don't make any decisions about any money that retained at the end of a tenancy as we are instructed by the landlord as to what to hold and what not to, this is the case with most lettings agents sadly but i am glad to hear the matter was resolved to your satisfaction. GoogleI can see very nice reviews. Maybe other agents are really good , but my bad luck was to deal with Ana today! Very arrogant and quiet racist I can say because that s how she made me feel when was talking to me. I was interested on viewing a property for renting(High Wycombe)but definitely not with her! Not with that attitude!! Please Ana try to learn how to talk with people and how to work like your colleagues! Shame!

GoogleWye Residential has offered so much great help for us in the past 7 months!! I still remember that it all started from seeing the lovely photos of the house and decided to call to book for a viewing that weekend. The viewing arrangement was superb and the team was super welcoming upon our arrival. Two ladies showed us around the house, the care and kindness they offered really made me feel like going back home. Even though that was my first time visiting High Wycombe, also my very first trip viewing house in the UK, I decided to place an offer on the house we saw. Fast forward to last week, when our mortgage offer was expiring and it seemed impossible to complete the purchase, the team managed to help us again to make this happen!!! I cannot express how much appreciation I have for the team. The journey still feel a bit unreal to me. Even though I’m holding the key to my new home, I’m still processing the information of actually completing the house purchase on Friday last week. Thank you Wye Residential for making this happen!!
