The Wye team were amazingly helpful from the get-go. I wasn't looking to sell straight away but it was good to talk things through and have all my initial questions answered. Rob was especially friendly, pragmatic and down to earth which I really appreciated. When it was time to put my house on the market they were the obvious choice of the available candidates and they didn't let me down. The sale and the process overall exceeded my expectations and everything went as smoothly as I'm sure it can! Would recommend unreservedly.

The team at Wye are absolute stars, and I don't use that term lightly. Went to the high street branch and they wouldn't even let me in when they knew I wasn't working. I believe this to be illegal discrimination against benefit claimants. EDIT: I wasn't allowed in because of covid, but they still told me to come back when I have a job. They are claiming it isn't their decision but their landlords. Surely a letting agent has an obligation not to support illegal practices by landlords. I bet they wouldn't support a landlord who said he wouldn't let to a particular race of people.

I am a landlord with Wye and would recommend them for great service and competitive fees. A special mention goes to Lisa Kearney in the Wycombe lettings office who was absolutely superb and really went all out for us getting three asking price offers within a few days. Due to Lisa's enthusiasm and hard work even in their middle of the first Covid lockdown we quickly let the property to a professional tenant. Once the property was let, Annie and Olivia in management continued the great service dealing with day to day issues quickly and efficiently.
