Wye Lettings have managed my property portfolio for over 4 years. They will have found me over 30 tenants during this time. I have always found them to be professional and the whole team is very knowledgeable about the legal position of landlords and tenants. Every tenant has told me that they represent me really well, and have been very supportive from viewings to moving in dates. As a lettings partner, they have always given me sound advice about rent pricing, furnishing, maintenance issues, etc. Other agents try to tempt landlords with marketing the property at a higher rent level, but when they don't find any takers, they persuade you to drop the advertised rent anyways. I have always found that Wye Lettings will give me an honest appraisal of the rent that each property will achieve and they always find a suitable tenant with thw right credentials and attitude to treat the property well during the course of their tenancy. Keep up the good work, and thank you very much for all your support over the last 4 years. I look forward to working with you for the foreseeable...

This review actually starts sometime in 1987 when Steve Harnett one of the partners of this estate agent helped my mother move into the house she has just sold. She sought him out to sell the house 33 years later. As a family we have found the level of service from Wye Residential outstanding, we live in Swansea so to be able to do it remotely in such an efficient way has taken a huge load from us. We've found all the staff to be excellent but special mentions to Victoria who was always cheerful and communicated with us excellently over small but important matters and Steve who clearly has a wealth of experience in the local market and put my mum's mind at rest from the outset.

The best local estate agents. I sold my house through Wye estate agents, they made sure the house was advertised well and they made sure we had lots of viewings. if fact we had three offers in the first couple of weeks. it really was not an easy sale, but all the staff pulled out all the stops to make sure it all went through smoothly. We had a fantastic experience with Wye. After being on the market with purple bricks for months with no movement, we decided to get some quotes from other estate agents. Wye were very responsive and gave a lot of advice. Their rates are competitive and within days my flat was on the market with them. Unlike purple bricks, they actively found people to look around the flat in a time where the property market is slowing down. We always had clear feedback from viewings and advice on when/if to drop our price. After we found a buyer and eventually our property, they helped us through the process and chased solicitors and other agents to make sure we exchanged. I would highly recommend Wye to anyone in the area.

We sold our house through Wye Residential late last year after it being on the market for around a year with another agent. Our agent was Ian Richardson and from start to finish he kept us updated, (even when he was off!) and was honest, professional and realistic. The other agents who showed our house to viewers were also polite and always left the house tidy and doors locked. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful any issue we had was dealt with. We were also recommended to there broker Neil who took time to visit our house for any appointments and secured us a mortgage we very happy with and was also as thorough and professional as his colleagues at Wye. Overall we were very happy with the service we got from Wye and although we are very happy with were we are now if we were to ever move again we would certainly be using them.

I didn’t know Wye but it seemed like a nice office so I dropped in to see if they would do a tenant find for my BTL apartment. They jumped on it straight away and viewed it the same day, and came back with a list of suggestions on decor etc. They got quotes lined up for decorating, gas safety certificate, carpets and deep clean. They looked after the keys so I had to do nothing...except agree the quotes and pay the suppliers. When the work was done they advertised on the main portals and booked a viewing in straight away...and they took the apartment. The contracts, inventory and check-in were done flawlessly. I honestly couldn’t have asked any more of them and highly recommend them.
