If you want an estate agent who are real people, who understand you and your needs, then it's Wye you need to use. If you are looking for an estate agent who spare you the sales patter and all the bad things which are associated to estate agents then it's Wye you need to use. If you need an estate agent to work tirelessly and diligently for you, then it's Wye you need to use. If you want excellent communication throughout the process, an agent who will always pick up the phone, return your calls and respond to your emails, then it's Wye you need to use. We were lucky to have Rob Mackay looking after us, but when Rob wasn't unavailable, the rest of his team were outstanding. Highly recommended.

We are writing with regard to the recent sale and the purchase of our properties. Upon completion of the process it certainly felt that we would like to express in writing our profound gratitude for the excellent service we have received from Wye Residential, particularly from Tracy and Steve. While sales are rarely as straightforward as we want them to be, two false starts with sales that fell through sent our anxieties through the roof. However, on the both occasions another buyer was quickly found and it the third time turned lucky for us. We love our new home and enjoy our new neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Everyone I I spoke to from before I'd even decided to go with wye to the minute of completion were very professional and showed alot of interest in our situation. Abigail, Tracey, Ian and callum were all constant great help throughout. Our main point of contact was Rob, he was beyond great for us. Our sale and our purchase were not easy, even with robs experience he couldn't believe some of the problems we came across on the way. However, he made these problems his and was first class in sorting them out almost instantly, he even replied to emails on his days off and out of office hours. Would highly recommend wye. Brilliant customer service

Without a doubt Wye Residential High Wycombe have been the best Estate agency that I could have used for the recent sale of my property. A special mention must go to Ian F who has supported me throughout the process. My property was listed within 48 hours and sold within one week at a higher price than original asking. Despite the solicitors dragging their heels, Ian F has been constantly on the ball and regularly contacting them to speed up the process, with regular contact to me to keep me in the loop. I had several agents visit my home to discuss putting my property on the market. They all gave a good speech but I am so so glad I choose to go with the Wye they were the only company to take a real interest. The entire team have been amazing. It's so rare these days for people to give you there word and mean it but this company certainly do.
