GoogleFantastic service and amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Have used Wye previously so decided to go with them again, am so grateful to Ian Richardson and Tracy for all the hard work they put in, especially when things started to go awry (with the rest of the chain) they did everything possible to fix things and kept me informed at all times. Immensely pleased with the service and would recommend without a second thought.

GoogleThoroughly recommend Wye. I have used them before when I rented my house out and they were very professional and helpful then. As local Agents they had a really good knowledge of the local market and they were honest and realistic in their valuation of my property so that it sold quickly. They have managed the sales process very efficiently and have remained in contact throughout. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful.

GoogleAlthough my sale was quite stressful but Wye Residential Specially Tracy Anson supported me all the way and make this transaction happen. The previous estate agents (JNP) were not the most communicative people, so it was refreshing when Wye Residential came along and changed that.
