Wye have been amazing! From the first time I met Rob at the property I knew I’d be looked after. As a first time buyer I’ve had so many questions about the process and every time I’ve needed it, Tracy & Rob have been able to answer (or point me in the direction of someone who could). I’ve felt supported throughout and they’ve pushed things along to ensure everything kept moving. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend (& use again!) Mr Ian Richardson and Wye Residential are more than excellent. Ian's complete honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, speed of response and selling capability are the best qualities in any selling agent I have ever dealt with. Ian's superior ability as a selling agent coupled with his sense of loyalty to both vendors and purchasers is unquestionable. Ian recently sold two properties for me and he is without doubt the most capable agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. If possible, I would appoint Ian on all the properties I sell in other areas of our great country. He really is the best so if you are looking to sell your property do not miss out and appoint the best there is.

Finally, someone that gets it right! WYE was the first-ever estate agent we dealt with who made it a pleasure. Honest, efficient, reliable and helpful, they were assisting us on all relevant matters during each stage of our purchase. Unlike other agencies-they actually care! No overselling, no corporate slogans- honest advice and reliable information instead. Excellent communication throughout the whole process with one contact assigned for the transaction. They have a deep understanding of the local market and also recommended an excellent mortgage broker and a solicitor which made the whole process much smoother. Absolute stars, couldn't recommend more. Thank you WYE!

Good service. I would have no problem recommending Wye to first time buyers (I cannot comment on sellers). Professional, friendly and happy to help. Thank you for helping us find our first Home Wye, High Wycombe! I wouldn't recommend using their Mortgage Broker - Tudor Mortgages though. Our 'Mortgage Man' was good to begin with and then made a number of errors that we now have to try and rectify. My advice - if you are organised and have time to research the products available, do it yourself.

Unfortunately, my experience with this estate agent, wasn't very good, nice enough staff, but I had to go in and complain, to start getting feedback, on the viewings, no follow up phone call or email. Then when I mention a important WhatsApp text I sent from abroad, after unsuccessfully trying to email, I get into a argument with the office manager, and Darrell had to intervene, not good . They did improve a bit after that , but the listing went stale, and I put notice in, I was very surprised nobody called me, or popped round to suggest anything to help with the sale, even when I went to collect the key, so now I'm going to try Crendon house, with a more personal service, I'm confident of a improvement.

Wye Residential did and excellent job, helping to buy my 2 bed flat (Mar 18). The solicitor I chose was very thorough, to say the least, which dragged out the whole process. Wye Residential helped to demystify all the jargon and dealt with my solicitor to help speed things up, as both myself and the buyer were getting a tad fed up. I bought my first property through Wye Residential around 6 years ago, and as a first time buyer I couldn’t of asked for a better estate agents. They talked me through the whole process from start to finish, gave me valuable advice and were always a pleasure to deal with In person on the phone or via email. So much so, when it came to selling that property there was no other estate agent I would of turned to in the local area. They seem to honestly care about their customers on both sides, I should know as I have been a seller and buyer through Wye. And again gave me great advice and constant updates without me chasing. Excellent Service Through a Tough Sell; Ian R ichardson is a phenomenal agent and exemplifies what Wye Residential are about. They bring the human touch to a what can be a very stressful process. Whilst buying through them and also selling my property, Ian worked very hard to get our purchase "over the line". Working diligently with me and our vendor, he ensured that he kept my purchase progressing but always made it clear that he was working for the vendor and was protecting his interest. I have recently sold my property through Wye Res High Wycombe - special thanks go to Rob and Tracy, who were both fantastic! Always available by phone and email and extremely helpful. I can highly recommend Wye and without a doubt would use them in the future (although, I don't plan on EVER moving again!). They had their work cut out with me, as I work at an Estate Agents - the worst type of client, but they dealt with me in a professional and calming manner. Five stars well deserved!

Awful service. Was accepted on a house and then all the issues came out of the woodwork. Wouldn't get the sellers to provide an electrical certificate, the one they provided was 1993. Was lied to the whole way through and in the end the property went back up for sale before I even pulled out, for more money, explains all the gaslighting.
