Estate agents can get a bad 'rep', which may be true of some, but so far distant from my dealings with Wye Residential. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are proactive and really care. I dealt mostly with Rob and Victoria (this was over a considerable period of time as my sale was significantly more complex than most, for multiple reasons) and they were both exemplary, the consummate professionals. From the beginning he was candid about how to make our property more sellable. He was strategic in his approach & empathetic to our situation - as if he wanted to sell the property as much as we did. Wye secured us more viewings than any other agent. And unlike many others, Ian didn’t simply open the door and let prospective buyers in. GoogleRob and Tracy have been AMAZING they have both worked very hard for us and they are honestly the best. Rob came and gave us an honest valuation and we were instantly impressed and we put our flat on the market, our flat then sold in under a week ( crazy one week) we were very happy we even got the price we wanted. Tracy gave us regular updates throughout the sale process and pushed the sale through in a great time frame. We honestly could not be happier with the service I would highly recommend using Wye Residential they are there to help you with anything property related.
I was an estate agent myself working for a High Wycombe competitor until 1 year ago and I can now see why Wye Residential are market leaders in the area.

GoogleI am really puzzled how come this agency has a 5 star rating. They completely ignored me as a renter, they did not respond to my email enquiries, they did not answer phone calls, they did not even get back to me after being prompted by one of their landlords who's flat I was interested in renting. I eventually walked up to their office where the staff ware really unpleasant and condescending. I suppose they don't care about renters as they don't make much profit on us. Well, I will definitely not be buying/selling my next house with this agency anytime soon!

GoogleReally disappointed with the service I received yesterday. I had travelled out to High Wycombe and was running late, I called ahead to the office to let them know and was told that I would "only allowed to see the property for a maximum of 5 minutes." I understand there may have been another appointment after me, but estate agents have had to re-arrange with me due to over running. I would have thought that, with me potentially looking to spend 200k+ they would have been slightly more accommodating.
Ruined the viewing experience as I just felt rushed and anxious. Such a shame.

I am sorry that your viewing experience wasn’t quite what you expected and it certainly isn’t a reflection on us as a company. I could fully understand you giving us a 3* review if we had been late for your appointment and had to rush you through a viewing but I feel a little disappointed that your experience was brought on, as I understand, by another agent being late to show you round a previous property. We turned up on time for the scheduled viewing, allowing plenty of time to view given the current guidelines, and allowing ourselves enough time to get to our next appointment. The fact that another agent had kept you waiting, which made you late for the appointment, is not a reflection on our service and the review should perhaps be made on the agents that let you down. We explained when you called that we would hang on as long as we could and the viewing would be limited as we had to meet other clients at a property around the corner at 4pm. It would not be fair to the those clients, or reflect on us as a company very well, if we turned up late at an appointment, as had happened to yourself previously. We plan our diary meticulously to meet the viewing requirements and we were as accommodating as we could be given you were running late but had you not been kept waiting by the other company you would not have been rushed. As I said, disappointed that you choose to give a 3* review when we really didn’t do anything wrong. I am sure future experiences when viewing through us will reflect the service we offer to buyers and sellers.
