First experience of purchasing a property through Wye Residential and found them to be very professional, personable, approachable, committed to achieving a positive end result and highly communicative - all you could wish for through what will be one of the biggest upheavals a person/family can go through. We worked with Rob and Tracy who were both brilliant and very responsive. Once you have bought/sold your property Tracy co-ordinates between you the vendor/buyer/estate agents and the solicitors. Her role is invaluable as she is the one that seems to be able to cut through solicitors delays and she is very action orientated. Without Tracy you would not have the transparency through the process and you can easily see where a buyer/vendors trust could potentially be lost when in fact most glitches are down to the solicitors. Tracy cut's through all of the ambiguity and get's the results delivered all with a calm head and sense of humour!! Rob equally is very responsive and as a team they work well to manage what is known to be potentially one of the worst processes known to man!!

Firstly, I hardly ever feel compelled to leave a review for any company or service. I generally don't have the time and I am naturally sceptical. In this case though Wye residential were faultless and it is only right I give them a fair appraisal. It is Fair to say that estate agents can have a reputation of being untrustworthy and out for commission only. In my experience Wye residential are poles apart from this viewpoint. Their advice at every stage was correct and current, they kept me informed promptly at every stage and I never once "chased" for information, quite the opposite. I had one agent deal with my sale from start to finish, except when he went on holiday, but when that happened there was true continuity with someone who was on point and up to speed with the sale progress and what was required from me. In my case, I was under extreme pressure with the sale of two properties in two counties and the purchase of a property. I find releasing control of something so important difficult. However, I was completely confident that Wye residential would just take control of the sale in High Wycombe which was one less thing for me to worry about. They put everything into perspective and the transaction went through at a price close to the asking price which was accurately valued. In short, accurate valuation, trustworthy, excellent communications, put me at ease, smooth transaction, went above and beyond and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Thank you so much Rob, Ian, Steve and team for making a stressful situation less stressful.
