We first came into contact with Wye Residential five years ago when we bought our first home through them. From that very first experience, we knew that when the time came to sell, they would be the team we’d trust to support us again, and they absolutely delivered. Selling a home can be an extremely stressful process, but they made everything feel so seamless from start to finish. The team are incredibly effective communicators, always responsive, proactive, and happy to answer any questions, no matter how small. A special thank you to Rob, who supported us every step of the way. He never failed to take the time out for a chat or offer advice, which made a huge difference and gave us real confidence throughout the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Wye Residential again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We bought our first house through Wye and had a great experience. We had a few viewings with another estate agency prior Wye and they were very sales orientated (calling us often and when we put an offer we have been informed that their mortgage broker will need to have a meeting with us). We were very happy to find out that with Wye there wasn't any extra sales involved and unnecessary questions to answer. From putting an offer to a completion date everything was very simple but informative, only necessary calls and emails which were answered very quickly. From the moment we viewed, we were really impressed by the friendly and attentive team at Wye. When we made our offer, we were kept in the loop by regular updates and didn’t have to keep chasing. We were contacted by Steve (Partner) when our offer was accepted who congratulated us and advised on next steps - as first time buyers, this was really helpful. Again, Steve kept us up to date on progress and regularly checked in with us throughout the process. Honestly couldnt have asked for a better company to sell my flat. Purplebricks were absolutely useless but Rob put me at ease. The team at Wye Residential are professional, kind and patience. They helped me through all stages of the sale and completion. Really couldn't recommend them more. They will be honest with you at all the stages. I've grown weary of estate agents talking the talk, but failing to live up to what they said. Wye are not these types of agents. If you are looking to sell, rent or some advice go no further- use Wye. Purplebricks took 3 years to get 3 viewings. Took Wye 4 months to sell it!
