I recently sold my property and purchased another through Wye and could not recommend Rob and the team enough. I was always kept well informed of viewings and had offers on my property within a week! When my sale unexpectedly fell through 2 months into the process, Wye were quick to reassure and I accepted another offer the same day. Rob was in constant communication throughout my sale and purchase and helped chase things up. We viewed many properties in search for our next place and Wye were by far the easiest and most professional agents to deal with. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

From the very first contact to the final completion of the sale I cannot thank all of the team at Wye enough. From the outset they were super professional, honest, approachable and gave great advice every time I asked for it - and it was a lot! We marketed our property end of July and got an offer early August after a few viewings. Rob was our point of contact and dealt with everything professionally. He was transparent, honest, fair, quick at communication, and overall super helpful throughout. Selling and purchasing a property is very stressful and Rob was able to guide us through the journey, explain what to expect, and give us good advice even when our onward purchase fell through and we quickly had to find a new property. I would recommend Wye to anyone. Everyone my partner and I dealt with were friendly and extremely professional. They could not have been more helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. Our purchase was far from straightforward. The seller lived abroad and communication was difficult. There were many issues with the paperwork submitted by the seller which held up the sale. The problems should have been picked up and rectified by either her or our solicitors but both seemed happy to sit on their hands and appeared to make little or to no effort to expedite matters. I don’t think it’s overstating to say that without the work put in by Rob Mackay and Ian Richardson chasing up the seller and explaining where she had gone wrong, we would not be about to move into our first home. They both went above and beyond and we can’t thank them enough.

We first came into contact with Rob 10 years ago of when he sold our then property. Ironically this was when we had been let down by one of the larger Estate Agencies within the town. Moving forward 10 years to the present we had appointed one of the larger corporate Agents within the town after they had sold our neighbours property and they had convinced us that they had suitable buyers for our property. Once they found a buyer for our property, they omitted to do due diligence on the buyer of which was picked up upon by an Estate Agent further up the chain, this caused great anguish and loss of time. Our then agent was very apologetic, but our trust and confidence had gone, we then contacted Rob at Wye Estate Agents. Rob is a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure that he and his team made up for lost time and thoroughly vetting each potential buyer prior to arranging a viewing. Nothing was too much trouble for Rob and his team, whether this was to answer any of our questions or to chase solicitors, even though he was on leave of which shows the dynamic professional that Rob is. Hindsight is a very clever thing, but we only wish that we had contacted Rob earlier in the process of taking our house to market!!

We have recently completed a sale through the High Wycombe office and a purchase through the Stokenchurch office, and feel fortunate that our only estate agent dealings were with Wye. Rob lead on our sale and was able to give us detailed comparisons of house sales in our area plus his years of local knowledge at the valuation. Rob also gave us some sound advice on the timing of our house sale which worked in our favour. We felt confident that Wye could sell our house quickly, which they did with an over asking price offer. We also dealt with someone I think called Victoria when viewings were being arranged, who was incredibly friendly and patient when I kept losing track of how many/what time our viewings were. Tim and Simon at Stokenchurch appear to be a very efficient team, and all my dealings with them were polite and professional. Tim went over and above to assist with our purchase too, which we are very grateful for. This is our 3rd purchase and 2nd sale with Wye, and although we think this is our final move we highly recommend them to anyone seeking an estate agent in the area.

Thanks to Rob who was very helpful towards my first purchase (starting from viewing the property till completing the purchase). He handled the complete process professionally, be so patient and polite (especially with my tons of questions :)).
