We have used Wye recently for both a house purchase and house sale. We have been very impressed with the professional, personal and friendly service we experienced on both occasions from Darrell and his team. In relation to the sale, we received an acceptable offer within a few days of going to market and completed less than 7 weeks later, a period which also ran over the Christmas holiday. In an apparently sluggish market and at the "wrong" time of the year, things could not have gone better!

We've used Wye twice now, once in purchasing our Flat and then selling the same flat this year. Rob was such a help to us and gave us very honest and transparent advice on the valuation and what steps we needed to take to get the property ready for market. He was always in touch with us, giving us updates and managed to find us a buyer during a really difficult period in a crowded flat market in Wycombe. They know their stuff, they know the area and they're pleasure to deal with, I would definitely recommend them.

I used Wye Estate Agents four years ago with the purchase of my first flat and thought they were brilliant. Have used them again to sell my flat and again they have been brilliant. Rob gave me some advice on what I needed to do to sell the flat, which I took on board, and the flat sold within a couple of weeks. The level of service provided by Rob is superb. He is always at hand to answer any questions, he is extremely professional & courteous. There were a few problems with the solicitors and what could have been an very stressful few months were resolved by Rob. As said above he was always ready to answer any questions, resolve any tricky & complicated issues, which really helped in my confidence in selling the flat & on handling technical details that I didn't really understand. I can't recommend Wye Estate Agents enough. Superb.

Just want to thank Wye Residential High Wycombe for all their help and support in purchasing our first home. As first time buyers we really had no idea on the processes but Tracy and Rob very kindly helped us and explained all the finer details in order to secure our new home. They even organised us a second visit and a measure up day. Our experience unfortunately was not the smoothest but Tracy was an absolute angel, she constantly kept me in the loop with any updates and was always there at the other end of the phone to reassure me if I needed it. I honestly don’t think we would be where we are without her time and her patience and I’m so thankful to her for working through this with us. I feel as though we created a really good relationship with Wye Residential specifically with Tracy and Rob and I would definitely be inclined to use them for any future sales or purchases.

I only have high praise for Rob, Tracy and the team at Wye. Rob did the initial valuation on my elderly uncles house and he treated him with such respect as he knew that, having lived in the house for 60 years, my uncle was really anxious about selling his home. Wye arranged lots of viewings and we had an offer after two weeks of being on the market. From start to finish both Rob and Tracy kept in contact regularly and when ringing Wye, I always talked to one of the staff, there was never an answer machine on, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, a very professional company with excellent staff.

Moving is very stressful. In fact when I moved 28 years ago I said never again. However I recently took the plunge and moved again. It is still a very stressful process but at least when you have a good estate agent the stress is reduced. All my dealings in the sale of my house were with Steve, the manager at Wye Estate Agents in High Wycombe, and I am very grateful for the support I received. He kept me abreast of what was happening. He reassured me when I was panicking. He chased up those that needed chasing up and liaised with my solicitor. It was a very professional service and I would happily recommend this estate agents.

Rob & his team took on the sale of our Mums house on our behalf. We felt very comfortable from the outset and they really went above and beyond to ensure our Mum was look after. We were fortunate to have received a number of offers very quickly and Rob was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the decision making process and we ended up with lovely first time buyers. Always reactive and thoughtful, we'd highly recommend their services and would most certainly use them again. On a not so positive note, we were continually frustrated by the purchasing solicitor that was recommending by Wye to represent the buyers. Having brought this to Rob's attention, they have taken our experience on board and have assured us they shall now no longer be using her services. He was transparent, honest, fair, quick at communication, and overall super helpful throughout.
