I recently purchased a property in High Wycombe through Wye Residential and found the team were very quick to respond and deal with situations. It was a bit of a race to the finish line to get it all completed before the stamp duty holiday ended and Wye Residential did their best to make this happen. There was a little confusion over the lease extension in the advert, some of the details needed to be doubled checked before going online, especially with important details like a lease. However this was soon cleared up and I found Wye very professional and would gladly use them again.PositiveResponsiveness

I am just about to complete on a house purchase that Wye were selling. From the negotiation of price to completion, they have been proactive, responsive and fair. I have had a tough time with solicitors delaying things and awful communication between them all. We were searching for a property for a while and had a few different viewings with different estate agents and agents within Wye. Leaving the other's aside, each person I came across at Wye was friendly and professional. After 1.5 years of searching and viewing we found the right house for us and again Wye (Ian Richardson on this occasion) were great. Professional, good communication, quick to respond, all round great service and I can't fault them. What's more is that they showed honesty and sincerity in the process with the potential buyers and the sellers. I had requested to make an early offer/deal to conclude before anyone else could, but they wouldn't do it. They wanted the seller to get the best price that they could get and didn't give any potential buyer an advantage over one another. Fortunately, we were the successful buyers and so although it may have cost me a little more (I'll never know), but I must give credit, where credit is due, for showing integrity through the process. If I was to ever sell, I know I'd use them for that reason. I highly recommend Wye and a special thank you to Ian Richardson for the support. The staff, particularly Rob and Tracey have been particularly kind to me, having helped me in various situations, particularly regarding free advice and patience concerning the sale of my mother's house. She has alzheimers and there were quite a few difficulties but they staff never judged. Rob and the team were fantastic start to finish, I purchased a property via Wye, the viewing process was so easy and of all the estate agents I had dealt with they were the only ones to be thorough in their covid precautions during the viewing process, masks, gloves and surfaces cleaned, this was very reassuring back in December during the last lockdown. Moving on from that Rob was responsive and would always chase up information but they key thing for me was that any promise around being called back or finding out information was always kept or followed up on, which is something I have not had with other agents.
