The sale of my late uncle’s property finally completed this week following a long, tortuous, stressful time. Throughout this time I always felt Steve and the team were very fighting my corner and doing everything they could to expedite the sale. They were friendly, helpful and always responded quickly. If the housing association had acted with the same efficiency, professionalism and decency, I am sure the sale would have completed much, much quicker.

Rob and the team were fantastic start to finish, I purchased a property via Wye, the viewing process was so easy and of all the estate agents I had dealt with they were the only ones to be thorough in their covid precautions during the viewing process, masks, gloves and surfaces cleaned, this was very reassuring back in December during the last lockdown. Moving on from that Rob was responsive and would always chase up information but they key thing for me was that any promise around being called back or finding out information was always kept or followed up on, which is something I have not had with other agents. Overall this team really is a credit to the industry

The house that we purchased was through Wye and they were brilliant I’d go as far as saying the best in the chain. I dealt with Rob and he was very on the ball always the one in the chain chasing, updating me, keeping me sane! When we approached several agents in High Wycombe to sell our flat Rob stood out as being very passionate about his work and demonstrated significant local knowledge whilst a couple of the bigger chains barely seemed interested. What should have been a straight forward sale turned into a 10 month nightmare created and compounded by two sets of totally useless solicitors. During all that time Rob was extremely helpful and supportive, always being there when called upon to help and diplomatically expediting various parties when they were failing to perform. I can’t recommend Rob and his team strongly enough. Rob handled my sale with expertise, candour and sensitivity. His advice and strategy was invaluable throughout and he offered valuable perspective. Communication from him and his team was excellent. Rob valued the property realistically and when the original purchaser had to withdraw, Rob offered a plan quickly and found another buyer in a week. During a very uncertain time in the recent lockdown Darrell and his team have been 100% on top of the process from start to finish. Other agents would have waited for me to chase them but their team always put us, the customer first, and they have literally got this across the line today. We had the first buyer pull out very late in the game but the turn-around to get the property back on the market was extremely swift and within a week it was snapped up.
