GoogleThe team at Karl Tatler were so nice to work with on the sale of our late mother’s home. Kerry was wonderful - kind and patient, especially as it was in probate and always positive and helpful. She was great at communicating information and keeping us informed about the sale of the house.

Don’t trust these idiots with anything, they are incompetent beyond belief and are only interested in making money. They have no interest in supporting their tenants and just let landlords do what they like. Can’t wait for May 26 when tenants will be able to put these people where they belong

GoogleFrom start to finish the experience was fully explained with regular calls to update me with all information. I had calls to advise of every viewing with feedback and also gave very good advice, especially as this was the 1st property I've sold, so found them very helpful at every step of the way. I have absolutely no hesitation in reccomending them to anyone selling property and should I ever need an estate agent again I will be contacting at them in my first instance . I would like to also send my appreciation for their help in selling my parents property and making it a pleasurable experience. All the best Alan.

FacebookI moved into a property through Karl Tatler 29th of Feb 2020. The pictures of the house on the website were not accurate but when I went and saw the house it look ok as you get to see it with the tenant’s furniture in it(hides everything is wrong with it). Let me tell you everything was dirty not even the minimal cleaning was done so I had to pay a lady to help me clean it(Im a single mum).When I told Karl Tatler and send them pictures they said they gonna take with the landlord then the landlord send a man 2 weeks later to clean like I was gonna stay like that for 2weeks. Furniture was left in the house that I also had to get rid off because the landlord said she wont do it and my list can go on and on,bathtub chipped my son cut his knee in it,mould at all windows etc etc.Now I just received a letter saying that the landlord no longer wishes to sign another agreement(nor do I) but they expect me to leave everything clean and tidy.How dare you??Never again!
