GoogleKarl Tatler Agents were great. Selling from a distance meant I wasn't able to visit the property, they made this easy as nothing was too much trouble, popping out to the property throughout the sales process whenever was needed. We achieved asking price which we were happy with. I didn't need to chase them as they were on top of everything and very communicative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleI recently purchased a property with Karl Tatler and my sales progresser, Lesley, was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. I received regular updates and even had weekly check in calls even if there was no progress. She was very quick at sorting any issues that arose and ensured there was a smooth handover on moving day even with some last minute hurdles thrown in! I would highly recommend.

GoogleExcellent experience with Karl Tatler but in particular the amazing service from Sarah who constantly kept us updated, readily available and was only a phone call or email away. Our property was valued by Katie who was really nice to deal with and our property sold within a couple of days of going to market. To be honest we couldn’t be happier, dealing with the whole team of Karl Tatler and this has been a refreshing experience and I would definitely recommend them.
