GoogleKarl Tatler sales team went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my property. Louise who handled my sale was extremely helpful all of the way throughout. Sadly I don't live in the North West anymore, so I won't be able to use them but would reccomend this company to anyone who do.

GoogleWe have just purchased a property marketed by Tatler. The service was great throughout from organising the first viewing. We were assigned our own sales progressor Kerry who was friendly and kept us up to date with everything that was going on. She communicated well between ourselves and the seller. I would definitely recommend

Overall i was pleased with my experience. At the start i was given a realistic sales price which was achieved in good time. The staff were always friendly and efficient. My only reservation would be down to communication issues. Often i did not get replies to messages i had left. When i raised this with Sue ( manageress ) she assured me that i could always contact her directly. She was true to her word so a big plus and a thank you for that.

GoogleWe went with different estate agent initially, and they didn't turn out so well.... So we switched to Karl Tatler and they have been spot on from start to finish. It was a slightly complicated sale due to various issues but the KT crew hung …

GoogleI would highly recommend Karl Tatler for selling a property. We used them for the first time for a probate sale which in itself is more complicated and felt informed and updated throughout. The marketing of the property lead to quick offer being made and accepted and I was very happy with the support from Kyle, Olivia and Christine throughout.
