Shame I can't give a zero to Rachel & Rohan.

Suffice to say that it took 16 weeks to complete a sale which only had 3 in the chain. 1st time buyer at one end and new build buyer at the other end with the vendor, in the middle. Both the vendor of the property and the allotted sales progressor both worked for Karl Tatler. Huge conflict of interest here from these 2 'professionals???' who collaborated together as colleagues to delay, confuse, lie, stonewall and fabricate to enable the sale to progress to suit the vendors agenda. So obvious that they were working together as no consideration or negotiation whatsoever for our needs or wants it felt like their way or no way. Almost every query met with a 'NO' regardless, even down to the suggested completion date, which suited us, but had to be changed with a concocted fairy tale used as the reason and again being backed up by his colleague. All in all a very unprofessional and intimidating experience displayed by these two employees of Karl Tatler who caused much more stress than is needed during this already stressful time. There is much more to this but unfortunately it would take me far too long to type it all.(btw when we did eventually get the keys, the state of the house was a shock, absolutely filthy, no effort made to leave it clean, there was that much grease on the cooker & grill it could have floated across the channel, no bother)

Karl Tatler agency have been great in helping find a suitable house. Particularly Dan who i think is from the moreton office. He is really knowledgable, gives great comparisons and info on the different properties we are interested in. Just great service all round. Can see he really enjoys his job and is a real credit to the agency. Thanks for all your help Dan.

What a wonderful team at the Heswall branch. Katrina went above and beyond to get us a viewing quickly. Then we dealt with Alex, what can we say what a lovely gentleman. I can’t recommend the Karl Tatler team highly enough. They helped me to sell a property in a very difficult market. They made sure that lots of potential buyers went to see the property and, when a buyer was found, the Sales Progressor kept the transaction moving and everyone informed.

Terrific service from Land and New Homes department who found buyers for us very quickly. Special thanks though to the Sales Progression team including Rachel and Lucie, but particularly Rosie, who was on top of the situation for the entire 9 months the sale took to complete. This was the third time we have used Karl Tatler in the last few years, to sell property and their service from top to bottom has been excellent. We won’t be going anywhere else in the future!

I was selling my parents bungalow when…

I was selling my parents bungalow when we went with them they said they had over 200 people interested that was a lie only had 3 people and it was the third couple that put offer in 2 months down the line. Christine Billington was dealing with me as complication was drawing close she became very pushy asking alot of questions especially about my sister property she was buying which had nothing to do with her as their was no chain also she wasn't happy as she wanted to complete earlier than the date we had in mind. We had not heard from Christine after we exchanged to complication which was 6 weeks which in my opinion is very rude and not perfessional.Also watch out when they say what the percentage is to sell your house they don't tell you their is vat to add on which we found out when we got the bill.

I'd had my mum's house on the market with another local estate agent for 6 months, we'd had three viewings in total. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Louise Hughes. I don't know where I would have been without her help with the sale and purchase of my homes. She went above and beyond to try and push everything through when my solicitors were causing nothing but problems. I knew she was there at the other end of the phone if I needed to talk about it and she rang me,at the very least, twice a week to ask what the progress was. If there was no progress because of my solicitors she would phone them and email them to push them on. Louise you are amazing and I am so glad I had you on my side through what was a nightmare at times 😘 would recommend Karl Tatler but also if anyone is lucky enough to have Loiuse as their sales progressor they are very lucky people 😀 can't thank you enough Lou and I will miss our phone calls 🤗

In the past we have bought and sold a few houses and dealt with some estate agents that we didn't trust. This is not the case with our dealings with Karl Tatler. We trusted the loved their service throughout the whole process. We worked with Kerry throughout the whole process of buying our new house and I have to say was a pleasure to work with. I have been dealing with the sale of my parents home and Rosie was assigned as our Sales Progressor. From the start Rosie was professional, informative and was in regular contact with updates. Rosie is a real people person and I would highly recommend both her and Karl Tatler. KT are by far the most professional Estate agents on the Wirral. I registered with all the other local estate agents to be added to mailing lists and not one of them have bothered to contact me or email me a single property to look at in 5 weeks. If you live on Wirral I would say definitely use Karl Tatler. They also make great videos for YouTube which helped our house sell with the first viewing (I do not see other agents offering these free extras). Thanks again Rosie and the team at KT you are all fantastic and at the top of your game

With all the moving parts involved in an international move, we just realized we hadn't posted a review. So grateful to Sarah G. our Sales Progressor at Karl Tatler. Without her, I don't think we'd have this home today. She was amazing in keeping everyone on track (especially both sets of solicitors - no mean feat!), and her expertise in the final, last minute negotiations, was priceless. Thank you Sarah!!
