GoogleWe recently completed on our house sale which was handled completely by Karl Tatler Estate agents. Lucie was our sales progressor. She contacted at least once a week with an update. Linda in the office was on hand if we had any queries. Katie was our valuer. We were extremely happy with the whole experience . The team handled the viewings and the negotiations which was great for us. Would reccomend Karl Tatler . Paul & Ann Beaver

She went above and beyond to keep my head on my shoulders which is not in her job title. Really approachable and full of well needed information. Thanks again, couldn’t of done it with out you.

GoogleThe service for a property purchase has been pretty poor. To be short and sweet . With 5 weeks to collect documentation for the exchange of contracts and advice to agree dates with our vendors. The vendors were then told on the day of exchange that, and this is verbatim…” we will not speak with you and we will move at our own pace by the suggested solicitors at Karl Tatler. RMNJ. While the team seems knowledgeable-ish, I have had calls with Natasha which were poorly handled (forceful and blaming) and I highly doubt every review for here and your head office are all 5 stars. Saying to not push on a promise to exchange because a solicitor might not do anything isn’t great. And over 110 days I have had 2 proactive calls to update in total. That being said I haven’t found an agent yet on the wirral that actually understands sales process or customer service. At least they are better than BFL..and that’s not saying much. Just to add…the response highlights the issue. Customer service and ownership of good service, is proactive from the supplier of that good or service. Not please email our manager:( The sale continues to drag onwards 21/10/24 , updates of how we are no further forward.

Due to ongoing matters further along the chain, the transaction took longer than expected, but we were happy with the communication we received, and the work that Karl Tatler did to keep us updated. When you purchase a house through these guys make sure it is clean. The house we bought was the filthiest house I have ever been in. We thought it standard to leave the place clean, obviously not. It has taken us 2 months to clean it and we still aren't done. My agent asked if mine was clean.
