I would just like to say a massive thank you to Louise Hughes. I don't know where I would have been without her help with the sale and purchase of my homes. She went above and beyond to try and push everything through when my solicitors were causing nothing but problems. I knew she was there at the other end of the phone if I needed to talk about it and she rang me,at the very least, twice a week to ask what the progress was. If there was no progress because of my solicitors she would phone them and email them to push them on. Louise you are amazing and I am so glad I had you on my side through what was a nightmare at times 😘 would recommend Karl Tatler but also if anyone is lucky enough to have Loiuse as their sales progressor they are very lucky people 😀 can't thank you enough Lou and I will miss our phone calls 🤗

We were so privileged to had a chance working with Sale Progressor Karen Cooper. She is been nothing else then amazing all the way trough. It was a wonderful experience. In fact, without Joanne in Sales Progression I think we may have ran out of time for the buyers mortgage offer, and also I think I would have climbed under my duvet and not surfaced. I would like to say a massive thank you to Sarah Graham in particular, she has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We haven't had a straight forward purchase which has gone on longer than planned but Sarah has been brilliant, keeping us updated regularly, and giving helping advice along the way. In the past we have bought and sold a few houses and dealt with some estate agents that we didn't trust. This is not the case with our dealings with Karl Tatler. We trusted the loved their service throughout the whole process. We worked with Kerry throughout the whole process of buying our new house and I have to say was a pleasure to work with. I have been dealing with the sale of my parents home and Rosie was assigned as our Sales Progressor. From the start Rosie was professional, informative and was in regular contact with updates. Rosie is a real people person and I would highly recommend both her and Karl Tatler. KT are by far the most professional Estate agents on the Wirral. I registered with all the other local estate agents to be added to mailing lists and not one of them have bothered to contact me or email me a single property to look at in 5 weeks. If you live on Wirral I would say definitely use Karl Tatler. They also make great videos for YouTube which helped our house sell with the first viewing (I do not see other agents offering these free extras). Thanks again Rosie and the team at KT you are all fantastic and at the top of your game

Selling a house in the UK is a long process. It took four months from sale to completion. I was grateful for the after sales attention from Lesley and her colleagues, who maintained regular attention particularly when there were hiccups with timescales over the Christmas period. Heswall office -Awful service. Since my tennancy ended recently Its been quite a while since had any outcome regarding summary or deposit. Have contacted agency and spoken with Daniel who was okay while I was Tennant now that's ended. I have received nothing but poor communication. I have every right to contact my agency if I haven't heard anything after 10 days regarding my deposit explaining to them I have spoken to my landlord a lot and it's just going around in circles but I'm not even disputing anything I would just like a final outcome which not receiving. Called my agency a few times to see if they could follow up as I'm not getting anywhere and instantly no. I'm sure this agency is just supposed to help to follow up by not evening arguing just to see if there's any update as I'm not getting anywhere. I feel really let down.

Barely any communication, took the money and legged it, left us with no water in the new home with a mystery stop c0ck ,the woman who's house it were is also to blame for this horrendous situation as she turned off the water , 145.000 for a house with no water ,now plumbing fees through the roof ,cheers guys another excellent review (not) using the local gym toilets and showers currently, its a mystery how to how to find the cluedo stop c0ck the plumber doesn't know neither do united utilities, ive had easier games of chess and less costly.
