I'm still waiting for my deposit on my house I handed the keys in on the 14th day of the month and on the 22 day of the month I phoned Beth Ellis and she was very unprofessional towards me I wouldn't recommend them as estate agents and property letting agents advertising rental property with pictures which were at least 10 years old planting shrubs in the front and back garden knowingly years down the line they will be too big for the garden asking landlords permission to cut large shrubs down or conifers and saying no even at least 5 were cut down previously finding small faults cooker cleaned £100

Absolutely outstanding service. This estate agent really does have it all sown up. A seamless journey through what is classed as one of the most stressful things you can do. Special thanks to Sue Dermott who has always been highly professional with a friendly personality. Lydia Harrison shone through from the moment the property went live through the viewings we had she was able to secure a great price and keep us updated at all times. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Also Joanne in sales progression was super helpful and knowledgeable about the whole stage of the conveyancing process. Well done team Tatler!! GoogleI Couldn’t have asked for anything better. The communication through this process has been amazing. I’m a first time buyer so I had lots of questions and didn’t really know what I was doing. The staff were always happy to answer my questions and help me through this process, as well as keeping good communication between solicitors and making sure everyone has been informed of any new information. An extra Thankyou to Sarah who has been so good during this time keeping in contact and helping this all run smoothly.

FacebookHelped make the stress of being a first-time buyer a lot more straightforward. After having a purchase with another agent fall through, I was in contact with Karla at Karl Tatler, she was brilliant and in regular contact with me to check I was still in the market and would let me know every time anything suitable came up. As luck would have it a property I had previously missed out on as wasn’t quick enough came onto the market again and she arranged a viewing for me the same day, by the end of the day I had my offer accepted. Not long after that, I was contacted by Karen at the sales progression team who would be dealing with my purchase, she was in regular contact with myself the seller and both of our solicitors making sure everything was moving and would keep us updated, she even called to let me know as soon as the keys were collected for the valuation. Karen was fantastic throughout; nothing was too much trouble dealing with anything that came up as quickly as possible and rang me the day before completion to let me know what would happen. On completion day we did complete later in the day due to waiting on some information from a third party, however, this was managed smoothly, and she even managed to arrange for a member of the team Jim to meet me later in the day to ensure I got the keys to my new home as soon as possible.

GoogleFirst Class service throughout the sales process. Our initial contacts at the branch were Linda and Katie who provided the valuation and handled all viewings on our behalf. They were extremely helpful and certainly looked after us and made life easy throughout this sales phase. Our primary contact once we moved to conveyancing phase was Sarah who provided timely updates as the sale progressed, along with good advice whenever we raised a query. We found Sarah to be customer focussed and professional throughout whilst being a friendly voice at the other end of the phone. We would not hesitate to recommend Karl Tatler

GoogleRight from the start to completion the guys at Karl Tatler were incredible. Valued our house at the perfect price we were hoping for, managed to get a sale agreed within weeks of going on the market, with great sales marketing. Kev then sorted our mortgages straight away and got us the best deal. Sarah our conveyancer then took over and she was hand at all times to deal with any enquiries in relation to our sale and purchase, to make sure the sales went through with no issues. Can't praise her and all the team at Karl Tatler enough. Thanks guys we've now got our dream home.

From the minute we decided to sell our house with Karl Tatler (Ellesmere Port) we were absolutely overwhelmed by the professionalism from Caria, (We felt very much like novices selling our house, which we have lived in for over 25 years). Don’t trust these idiots with anything, they are incompetent beyond belief and are only interested in making money. They have no interest in supporting their tenants and just let landlords do what they like. Can’t wait for May 26 when tenants will be able to put these people where they belong
