GoogleWe recently sold our house with Karl Tatler and they were a million times better than the Estate Agents who we bought off. Karl Tatler don't fit the usual Estate Agency stereotype. Unlike most others they're professional, courteous and reliable and they support you well during a stressfull period. If you've got a Karl Tatler office nearby, you'd be mad to sell your house with anyone else.

GoogleVery happy with the Sales Progressor Lucie Smith at Heswall Office. We got regular updates from Lucie and a weekly telephone call with regards to where the sale was up to. She was in regular contact with both solicitors for expected timescales re exchange and completion. We felt we were always in the loop and had complete confidence in how Lucie handled our sale and also how friendly and understanding she was when dealing with her on the phone. Many thanks.

GoogleWe purchased a property that was marketed by Karl Tatler. From start to finish they were excellent despite the fact that they were not actually instructed by ourselves. We were the buyer but they kept in touch regularly to let us know what was happening with the chain and where everything was up to. Was a pleasure to work with them.

GoogleI cannot fault Karl Tatler,they gave an impeccable service straight from the start, Elyse came out and valued our house and immediately I felt at ease,she explained everything perfectly,the photo and video package where really professional,the viewings were handled by Becky,who kept us up to date with feedback and was also a friendly voice at the end of the phone and then Lucie from sales progression went above and beyond to get our sale over the line,she was chasing problems and kept us informed what was going on all the time,she was honest if there was a snag,which we appreciated,and she always answered our calls or queries immediately.We are really grateful that we had Lucie on board,as she was so efficient! Thank you Karl Tatler for a 5 star service !!

GoogleHaving a personal link between buyer and seller was most welcome and certainly moved the process along. Weekly phone calls to reassure us and update on the 'state of play' were very helpful. Our manager, Lesley, was friendly and approachable .Sales progression was a valuable service offered by Karl Tatler which seemed to be missing from other agents.

Very rude clueless staff, cannot even get to speak to a director to complain, emails to him are passed off to a very rude young lady, who is clueless. Stay clear at all costs!!!!!
