Very nice Agents, offered advice and guidance throughout especially to do with banding.So that you can sell your home within a reasonable time bracket. Alison / John / David are who we dealt with and are polite, professional and reliable, I don't have any negatives to say to be frank, I would recommend them absolutely.I would recommend that sellers listen in particular their advice about how much you SELL your house for rather than be greedy...because you will get a better result in the long run and not have your house on the market forever.Listen to the professionals in my book. I cannot recommend Collinson Hall highly enough, I had two properties on the market one in St Albans and the other elsewhere being sold by another estate agent, and it very quickly became apparent that not all estate agents are made the same, in my experience Collinson Hall are the the gold standard. Everyone I had contact with within the company from beginning to end where utterly professional, keeping me advised of progress at all times, actually being proactive in selling my property and providing me with sage advise and guidance, which led to an excellent sale price and a satisfied buyer and seller. They where worth every penny!
