Following a dialogue this review was changed to 5 stars...... My name is Steven Walker and I am Managing Director of Collinson Hall and I am deeply disturbed to read your review. I guess from the limited information that this relates to a property that we manage on behalf of a landlord. Collinson Hall adhere to the Property Ombudsman's code of practice and are a member of ARLA. As a condition of membership we have a complaints procedure which can be found on our website under the "About us" page. I am not aware of any current complaint but can assure you that If you get in touch it will be thoroughly investigated. Should you not be happy with the outcome from this investigation you can contact the Property Ombudsman who will take up your grievance on your behalf.
