GoogleI can highly recommend Brown and Merry Tring, Jamie, Charlotte and the rest of the team. Our sale was subject to probate and required an extra degree of sensitivity which the team got just right. The valuation was sensable and the property sold quickley. I can not fault the comunication which managed our expectations perfectly. Great job!!

Communication was on point, she went out of her way to understand our needs and suggested a different property that suited us better in terms of space and design. I recently sold my shared ownership flat via the Aylesbury branch of Brown & Merry. Their service was excellent, the estate agent assigned to my sale was James Beasant. I couldn't have asked for anyone better as he was professional, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Other staff I spoke to were also professional and courteous.

Trustpilot2nd time with dealing with the Newport…
2nd time with dealing with the Newport Pagnell branch and i can honestly say the service has been excellent.Initially dealing with Matt the manager and then Lydia, i found her really pro active and great to deal with and that's coming from a self confessed control freak, so i have a tendency to micro manage the process but wasn't necessary. The sale hasn't exchanged or completed so this isn't an after glow relief review but if it fails it certainly won't be the fault of the agents.

We found having Tom with the sales team and Gemma heading mortgage services being under one roof very helpful. Both of whom being particular assets to the branch.
