From the moment Brown and Merry took on selling our property and helping us find a new property, they have been first class. We were with another agent previously but swapped to Brown and Merry as we felt little progress was being made with our property having been for sale for nearly 2 years. Despite some challenges along the way due to someone pulling out, Zack and Jamie kept persevering and communicated brilliantly throughout. Whenever we wanted to view a property, they were always quick to organise and every time someone viewed ours, they managed it professionally, even checking in on our dog when we were out. Particular thanks to Zack and Jamie who we worked closely with; two warm, friendly and hard working members of staff who are an absolute asset to Brown and Merry. Genuine thanks to them and all others involved for helping us get the move sorted! If we move again in the future, we will be 100% coming back to you!

Cannot speak highly enough of Jodie at the Aylesbury branch. Was recently relocating back to Aylesbury for work and looking for a good rental property, and Jodie was absolutely amazing in organising online viewings and sorting all the necessary paperwork for me. Every time there was a problem she was there to help and support. Have dealt with many of the local agents in the past, and Brown & Merry are by far the best, 100% would recommend.

Words cannot explain how grateful and pleased that we found brown and merry estate agents. After having to move twice in a very short period of time as well as being newly weds, it was a very stressful time for me and my husband. I initially signed up with Brown & Merry's main competitor, and they made virtually no effort in selling my property. Once their abject failure became apparent, I jumped ship to Brown & Merry.
