I recently purchased a house through Brown & Merry and cannot recommend them enough. Right through from the viewing stage the whole team were efficient, honest and had excellent communication. Jamie was incredibly proactive in chasing every stage of the process and providing me with updates at every point. Despite losing someone higher in the chain, the team worked hard to ensure the sale went through. I'll certainly use Brown & Merry again in the future.

I recommend Brown and Merry Tring, the whole team, but especially Jamie and Charlotte worked hard to help us sell our house (first viewing!) and secure our new home. In a difficult market they kept us updated and informed the whole way through and were so patient with our questions. Gemma the mortgage advisor also worked above and beyond to try to get us a good deal in a time when rates were soaring. Really pleased with the level of service provided throughout the journey to our new home. Jamie has been instrumental in making this happen for us. I have just completed on the sale of my new home. As a first time buyer I found the team to be really helpful as they took time to explain the process involved. I had fantastic help and advice from Tom who answered all of my questions, of which I had many without delay. I have not at any time had to chase up or wait for updates.
