However, once we had done this and Charles Gale was put on our account our house sold within 4 weeks. He dealt with everything very professionally, supported us through the whole process and helped to get the sale completed through very difficult circumstances

This is a special review for Charles who helped us in the house buying process. We were lucky to have him onboard in the process and received 5 star service right from start till completion. Charles kept us up to date throughout and was excellent with the fantastic knowledge, keeping us updated with each and every detail, never missing the deadline and giving the best advice. Plus always super quick in getting all the documents/processes sorted within the timeframe. What a gem Charles is for British Homesellers. British Homesellers Uk were acting for the vendors of the house we wished to purchase. Throughout they maintained contact in a friendly, open way. Keeping us informed and also offering help if required. Despite operating remotely I felt that they were available whenever needed. Had my property on the market for…

Had my property on the market for nearly 3 months with this Company, I decided to take it off the market as got no sale, was informed that it would be a 30 day notice period where they would still market the property even though I stated I do not want viewings etc and was told a couple of weeks ago that I am not tied in to any contract with them. How can they still market a property that you do not wish to sell anymore? The Company have now taken my property off the market after having a conversation today, they were helpful in understanding my point of view and Customer Care is of importance to them, so I am grateful for their help and understanding.

😡TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE UNRELIABLE SERVICE😡

On Tuesday 20 May at 17:23 I approached British Homesellers by phone for the first time. I selected options 5 and spoke to this female who seemed nice to talk too but has proven to be very unreliable and lets me down by not doing what she said she would over and over again. I needed to know the answer to one question of which she needed to speak to a property manager and come back to me the next day Wednesday. 24hrs later I phoned again and option 5 goes straight to voicemail. I them decided to send a text to this text number on there website. I also sent a email to the contact email address on there website. The next day Thursday I still get no response. Thursday lunchtime at 12:49 I spoke to the same woman who acted like she had spoken to me before so I had to explain what the question was that I needed an answer for. She said she would come back to me by the end of the day and never did. It is now Friday afternoon and still haven’t heard a thing. Firms like this which are very unreliable and very dangerously damaging to my mental health don’t care at all. I even told this woman on Tuesday’s conversation about my mentally stressful life hoping that she wouldn’t let me down and then she does let me down over and over again. This is totally unacceptable service. I wonder how many more people she lets down. All I asked was 1 simple important question on a property I want to buy and she is stopping me from buying it which is making very stressed and depressed which is very life threatening to me with my mental health.

Amazing service from the very start

From the start Alex at British Homesellers was amazing. This was our first home purchase and we didn't really know how the buying process worked in the UK, but he was always willing to answer any questions and give advice on what we should do next. Getting in touch with Alex was easy either by phone or text message, and follow-up was always very prompt. We had a particularly challenging solicitor and Alex was great at keeping things in perspective. Should we sell our property in the future, we will be going directly to the team at BHS.

We have recently purchased via British Home Sellers and found them to be professional, efficient and friendly. We dealt with Alex mostly - he was just lovely, returned calls, was empathetic and caring and was a pleasure to deal with. When Alex was not available we dealt with Robert who was equally good. Could Not Fault!

Recently bought a house with british homesellers and the experience was by far the best, I was so scared as a 1st time buyer and having 2 previous purchases fall through. I purchased a property through British home sellers. They were very professional and quick to respond to all my queries. They gave me all the information I needed and kept me updated throughout the process. I would specifically like to thank Tara Hamilton who was amazing throughout the process. She went above and beyond to chase the seller when there was any delays on the sellers end and kept me informed at each and every stage. She was quick to answer my calls and respond to my emails on the same day. The process of buying a house was very long for myself and my husband as we had some issues with the sellers solicitors but Tara did a great job getting us over the hurdle and getting in touch with the seller for me.

Best Experience

I have had the best experience purchasing a property through BritishHomeSellers. Many estate agents in the past year took advantage of the hot market to cover their poor performance and client care. You would think that local Estate Agents will have better service due face to face interaction with clients, this was the complete opposite. BHS, despite being predominantly an online EA was outstanding right from the start to the very end, really reassuring even when the vendor was being complicated. Myself and my partner would like to thank Alex and Rihanna for all their hard work and doing their best to help us with many queries. You both are just great people and very good at what you do!
