I was sceptical at first as this isn’t a well known estate agent in my area so was a little nervous as a first time buyer but they helped with any questions i had and also keep me updated the whole way through. We turned to British Homesellers after we had tried to sell our flat unsuccessfully with a conventional estate agent. The whole team were helpful from the outset, waiting for us to be ready, reassuring us they could and would sell our flat, and their proactive approach was refreshing. Our circumstances were unusual as we were selling from overseas, but they made it work for us by arranging viewings in a concentrated time period, which resulted in three above-asking-price offers very quickly. We have now successfully sold, which proved to be quite lengthy, but Charles and Alex provided support and encouragement all the way. Even now after the event, Charles is still helping us with related issues. Exceptional customer service.I thoroughly recommend the company.

After trying to sell contacted by company full of all the ways to sell our property agread a good pice by them signed. Up .biggest mistake promised so much we have this and that on going then nothing up to us to try and make contact 10 weeks later told to drop price so NO looked at all the properties still un sold so if your tempted be careful don’t be like us and think this is to good because you will like us WASTE 3 MONTHS OF YOUR LIFE THANKS ALEX AND TEAM I Today received a call from a mr gale very apologetic and interested to find out what. Went wrong he was genuinely interested and assured me this was a one off incident and has offered a case of wine as way of apology if my comments go some way to help future. Clients that is a good thing.note no ref number

It has been a very difficult time, due to the pandemic, the buying and selling process has been fraught with communication problems. I can honestly say that without Charles at British home sellers it would have been even more difficult. He was always at the end of a phone, patient and kind and very helpful. Very big on promises but delivers nothing but lies. They phoned to to give feedback after a viewing so I listened to what this supposed viewer had to say. Hmm weird how they give feedback when they never bothered to show up. Supposed to have buyers waiting to buy your property but alas no one appeared. I think they are just chancers hoping someone will come along and buy your property after all we were paying 2k more to these for a quick sale. If you are selling your property take my advice and do not use these. I noticed British home sellers have flagged this review has harmful or illegal content. British home sellers obviously do not like the truth!! This was my true opinion of my awful experience!!!

A positive experience on the whole the agents I dealt with Robert and Charles were amazing keep me in the loop at all times and answered any of my queries promptly and efficiently. I found them most professional but also compassionate and empathetic.From a buyers point of veiw I would rather have an agent on the High Street but that's just personal choice and it no way made it a deal breaker .I would recommend their services and felt by the time I completed we had built a professional friendship.
