What an outstanding service we've received from Kimber!! I honestly cannot recommend them enough! The Kimber Estates team are highly professional offering a wealth of knowledge in both buying/selling properties as well as rental arrangements. When selling my property they were fully supportive throughtout the entire process keeping me up-to-date on the progress of the sale at all stages. In addtion, I was looking into renting out a property and the Lettings team could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is a small family business that provides a much more personal service than some of the bigger agents that are around, this was our 5th move so we have some experience of moving. From the first contact with Julia who came and valued our property and agreed a fair price for marketing to the girls who did the viewings and finally to Claire the sales progresser who is a life saver when things get a bit stressed near completion everyone was brilliant. Excellent service from the start of the viewing to completion, Claire and all the team were superb with day to day contact. Unfailingly helpful, responded very promptly to queries, liaised with the seller, solicitors and anyone else who needed attention and although things did not always go smoothly Kimber Estates managed the process professionally until our house purchase was over the line. Definitely the best agents I have ever used and would highly recommend them if you are planning on moving.

Where do I start….from start to finish Kimber Estates were truly AMAZING at selling my property. Professional, friendly, with the personal touch, knowledgeable, experienced and brilliant customer service. My first meeting with Julia put me at ease having never sold a property before. She was lovely, friendly and extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the current markets and area. I then met Maisie who’s photography skills were fantastic meaning my property looked its best for the brochure and online sites. Her personality shines through and I knew she would be the right person to show potentially buyers my property. Like Julia she put me at ease throughout the whole process, kept me well informed and gave me feedback. Emma in the office was great, prompt at replying to my emails and calls and always remembered my name when greeting me in the office. It’s these personal touches that make Kimber Estates stand out. And last but by no means least Claire the sales progressor. The work, time and effort this lovely lady put it in to make sure my sale and purchase happened smoothly and on time was truly remarkable. She has so many people to constantly contact in the chain, buyers, solicitors and agents but never failed to have an update and know exactly where we were in the sale and purchase process. In a long house sale and purchase Kimber Woodward Herne Bay were literally the lifeline to keeping the transaction moving (including over a couple of very significant bumps) *even though they weren't representing us*. David was a total star and Maisie and the other people at the office were always very helpful and friendly to talk to. Getting it right is as simple as expertise and really good service that actually cares instead of just saying so, but in a stressful transaction it is worth its weight in gold. If I'm mad enough to do another house sale and purchase in the near future, Kimber Woodward will be getting the business without a shadow of a doubt.

Kristy, David and all the Team at KW were amazing throughout!! After losing my Dad last year, my Mum was in two minds whether she wanted to stay in her bungalow of 30+ years, but wanted a valuation done and to meet prospective agents. We saw a few and Kristy impressed us the most, with her warm and no nonsense approach! We wanted simple, straight facts and that's exactly what we got, with the added bonus of very genuine empathic support, with absolutely no pressure...Unlike the other agents we'd seen!....Mum decided against selling for a few Months and then changed her mind.
