From start to finish I cannot praise Kimber enough! They are friendly , down to earth and say it as it is, no surprises along the way . We have had a rollercoaster of a ride and their constant support and professionalism has been top notch . The communication is fantastic from the minute you place your property with them they are there for you , Big shout out to Claire Stevens who has been my wing man throughout it all . The team at Kimber Estates went above and beyond supporting us through our sale while we were overseas. Kristy kept us fully informed of all details and handled unexpected challenges as they arose, which included things well beyond what I would expect from a typical estate agent. We first met Kristy when buying the house more than 10 years ago, but never doubted that she was the best agent for our sale. From the start to the conclusion of the sale, the whole experience was excellent. I was given very good guidance on the expected sale price and was kept well informed through the whole process. If I required any additional advice, it was always available, nothing was too much trouble. I very rarely give 5 stars, but in this case, it was well deserved, should have been higher. I'm very wary about who I trust to do business with. If I wanted to sell or buy a property in the future I would go to Kimber Estate without any reservations. Thank you to Kristy and the team, especially for your professionalism and guiding me through the process during a very difficult time for me.

Very good agents. Claire Stevens was amazing. Helped with so many issues, and at times when I had no updates from the solicitor Claire was able to help. Right from the start Kimber Estates aim was for the process to be as smooth and stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

We're SO grateful to Kimber for everything they have done. Within just a few days of us opting for them as our estate agents, they had already arranged and carried out the photography and we were on the market. They were fantastic with their viewings and always gave same-day feedback. We were kept up to date throughout and they also always gave us honest advice in terms of how much interest our property was getting. In particular, we really wanted to give a shout out to Claire as the sales progressor. Our first sale fell through and she was great at keeping us up to date. Our now-completed sale was quite difficult due to other solicitors in the chain and Claire essentially acted as the sales progressor for the whole chain, speaking to all agents and solicitors to keep things moving as much as possible. We can't imagine how long the move would have taken without Claire's hard work and will always be so grateful to her and the whole team for the part they played. Thank you!

Kimber estate agents were brilliant from beginning to end. Julia's estimation of the house was spot on ; Maisy 's enthusiasm was both reassuring and essential when showing potential buyers round and Claire kept us informed every step of the way once the offer was made , relentlessly chasing all involved. I would highly recommend KE; they are a fantastic team of professionals . We have always felt that we could contact them and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Wonderful attention to detail and couldn't speak more highly of the girls from Julia who we met at the viewing and Claire who helped so well throughout the purchase of a flat for my sister. So caring and listened to everything chasing solicitors to helping with the paperwork that we were handed and totally overwhelming to myself and my sister. They did it carmly and efficiently making it look easy. To picking up the keys then my sister had a lovely surprise chocolate and bubbly a wonderful touch. I'm sure she with your help will be very happy in her new flat. Myself and all the family are extremely grateful to you all. Thank you for all the hard work.

We have just purchased our first home with Kimber estates. From our very first viewing with Maisie, we were impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They were responsive and very helpful with negotiation. Once we had our sale agreed, we were in contact with the sales negotiator, Claire who was phenomenal with her services and a credit to Kimber estates. She went above and beyond helping us, keeping in contact with me well into the evenings and was available to take calls at all times. She made the whole process very easy to manage throughout, and any issues we had were very easily resolved. Thank you Claire for all your hard work and dedication. It was a pleasure to work with you. Would highly recommend the team at Kimber estates.

Outstanding! There is no better way of describing the service I received. My purchase had so many ups and downs, the team were so supportive throughout. Claire progressed the purchase as if it were her own. She was there anytime I needed her and at times was the only person giving me updates, when it should've been my solicitor. If Claire wasn't available, anyone in the team would be happy to help. A special mention to Julia and Maisey. I cannot recommend Kimber enough. Thank you so much for everything. I'm already missing you, but will make sure to give you a wave as I pass by.

What a great team at Kimber Estates. I spoke to most of the staff while buying my home & every one of them were friendly & professional. I was kept informed at all stages by Claire, who is amazing at her job. Kristy help & advised me as if I were family, which at a stressful time of moving was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend them to anyone & if I ever move, which I won’t as I was sold my perfect house, I’d use them again. Thanks Kristy Claire, Maisie & all the staff at Kimber Estate that made my journey excellent .
