GoogleWhat a refreshingly honest, friendly local estate agent. After a poor experience with a big chain a couple of years ago, we decided to try to sell again, but this time went local. There's a good reason why Kimber seem to have 'for sale' boards absolutely everywhere in Herne Bay. From the initial first contact, to completion day, we cannot fault the experience and service we received from Kimber... the communication was brilliant - we really felt that the team were riding the roller coaster with us, and living the incredibly antiquated home buying process in the UK. We cannot recommend Kimber enough.

GoogleWe bought our house through Kimber Estates and from start to finish they have been incredible. When we were viewing properties the team were so friendly and helpful. Maisie also worked hard to help us secure our offer. Once the offer was accepted we were in touch with Claire, who is an absolute superstar, without her tennacity with other agents and solicitors in the chain I don't think we would be in the house now. Wonderful at her job and, alongside the whole Kimber Estates team, a lovely and kind person. Would use Kimber Estates again and would definitely recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely seamless from start to finish. We were selling our recently deceased mother's home and all of the staff at Kimber were both respectful and sympathetic to our needs. We were kept informed of all aspects of the sale, including viewers' comments, which was extremely helpful. The team is extremely friendly and approachable. Another bonus is, that they all have knowledge of each property they are selling, which means you are able to discuss any issues with any member at any given time. I would highly recommend Kimber Estates to anyone selling or buying a property, as you will get an honest and super efficient service from beginning to end of transaction. Their fees are very reasonable and we were impressed by the sale price they achieved in a very challenging market.
