GoogleI have never met more friendly team than all the girls from Kimber Estates in Herne Bay. Honest and down to earth people. Every single one is a Star, and I mean it. We both got so much help and support during the very stressful house buying experience. Whoever answered the phone or replied to our emails was always there, straight away on the case. The special person to assist us during the whole process was Claire Stevens and we could not be more grateful for her support. Quick respond to our enquiries, help with dealing with solicitors, speeding up things on our behalf, useful tips, we got it all. And everything with a smile. And we got a massive flower bouquet with the key to our new house today. If you are planning to buy or sell a property around Herne Bay area go with Kimber Estates. GoogleKristy and her team at Kimber Estates take a personal interest in sale and purchase…..from finding a buyer, right through to completion. They go above and beyond other agents in this respect and do their utmost to bring the transaction to a successful completion. Finding a good buyer, holding the sale together and helping us purchase our ‘forever’ home seemed to be no problem for Kimber Estates. They kept the stress away from us as much as possible and we felt that we were valued as clients. I initially dealt with Kristy and James who was very down to earth and approachable then when the property went under offer Claire dealt with the sale, all the team at Kimber Estates are excellent and each one of them will always go above and beyond for you. We felt we could pick up the phone if ever we had something we wasn’t sure about, Claire was at the end of the phone helping. I will definitely be using this company again without a doubt, I will also be recommending to all family and friends.
