Kimber Woodward recently sold my property for me promptly and professionally. I initially dealt with Kristy who was very down to earth and approachable then when the property went under offer Claire dealt with the sale. She kept me updated and was very easy to communicate with and totally reliable and pleasant. Kimber Woodward made this whole process very easy for me from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I did approach other estate agents but wasn’t impressed with them at all. Their attitude or their valuation. I then went on to recommend Kimber Woodward to a neighbour and also to market my parents property which is now under offer. My neighbour has also sold. In a long house sale and purchase Kimber Woodward Herne Bay were literally the lifeline to keeping the transaction moving (including over a couple of very significant bumps) *even though they weren't representing us*. David was a total star and Maisie and the other people at the office were always very helpful and friendly to talk to. Getting it right is as simple as expertise and really good service that actually cares instead of just saying so, but in a stressful transaction it is worth its weight in gold. If I'm mad enough to do another house sale and purchase in the near future, Kimber Woodward will be getting the business without a shadow of a doubt.

Kristy, David and all the Team at KW were amazing throughout!! After losing my Dad last year, my Mum was in two minds whether she wanted to stay in her bungalow of 30+ years, but wanted a valuation done and to meet prospective agents. We saw a few and Kristy impressed us the most, with her warm and no nonsense approach! We wanted simple, straight facts and that's exactly what we got, with the added bonus of very genuine empathic support, with absolutely no pressure...Unlike the other agents we'd seen!....Mum decided against selling for a few Months and then changed her mind. Recently bought a property through the Whitstable branch of Kimber Woodward and dealt with Christine throughout the purchase. Firstly what a lovely approachable lady she is, kept in contact, helped me out whenever I needed her too. Never once pushy or on my case for anything. In fact she was always doing what she could to help me. She recommended a great mortgage broker when I was having issues initially, went along to the herne bay branch for my interview and the staff there were also lovely. Me and my daughter were drenched and they were offering to get us hot chocolates! Vicky got me a great mortgage deal. Whenever I rang the Whitstable office the staff were always polite and helpful. KimberWoodward Herne Bay have just helped us buy a house and, though there were some delays in the process, they were not of KimberWoodward's making. They kept us updated and were always very helpful and friendly on the phone. My lists of emailed questions were always answered fairly promptly and David was very well-informed about processes. Myself and my partner can not recommend this estate agent enough we brought our flat through them as first time buyers and they made it a great experience and now 2 years later we are selling it and within a month they had a offer for us from a secure buyer and previous to that we have had lots of viewings from the word go and constant feedback and updates !
