GoogleAbsolutely disappointed by the sacrilegious behaviour of agents at this Estate Agency. Tried to find new tenants for my 1 bedroom flat in Herne Bay only to have no communication for 2 weeks prior to contract being signed and then when calling up to ask what’s going on i get shouted at, told I have to right to ask questions about viewing etc! When I tried to make a complaint I was hung up on then we finally get a viewing but the Agent had no idea I was in the flat ( as they didn’t tell me about the viewing ) she asked me to do the talking. Finally ended the contract with them and went with Wards only to be called by a supervisor to ask why I’m leaving I told her and then she said all the points I raised were wrong! Absolutely Arrogant, Rude, and Bad Attitudes DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

GoogleI wanted to wait a while to let the dust settle on our experience with kimbers for two reasons, firstly I wanted to see if Kristy wood email me personally to say she was sorry for the way things turned out, an secondly because I was so disalosioned with them an the service we ended up with I didn't want to make accusations that we're unfounded. We put our grand parents property on with kimbers solely last November an excepted an offer in December from a man that has been allowed to view the property twice but it turns out this man was a known property offerer who wasn't of sound mind. Then In march we excepted another offer which we were told was solid an that the paperwork was all fine and money was avalible. For 3 months our potential buyer was desperately trying to raise the funds yet kimbers told us nothing other than it was fine until 3 weeks ago when phrases like......there floghig a dead horse an it smells a bit iffy we're banded around with regard to there funds being in place . To cut a very long an sad story short use kimbers at your own risk shake hands with Kristy face to face but don't expect a phone call from the boss IF the milk turns sour.

Concerning the specific case of the property we marketed for you, and on which we secured a buyer for you, I again am very sorry that the property sale did not complete. I understand from my colleague David, who is always the point of contact in the Herne Bay office throughout the conveyancing period, that you withdrew from the sale as a consequence of feeling disgruntled from regular delays on the part of your then purchasers. Unfortunately, while we endeavour to see every sale through to completion, we are only ever able to work at the pace of the slowest person in a chain. In this case, I believe you understandably felt that your purchasers were delaying procedures beyond a reasonable timeframe. I would like to offer my apologies that I did not call you personally at this point.
On a final and personal note, I should say that I feel very strongly about the reputation of this company because it is, at least in part, my name above the door. Moreover, I ensure that all of our policies and procedures are regularly reviewed, and where sales do not complete, we try to learn from them so that we might better improve for the next one.
Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to market your grandparents’ property, and I am genuinely sorry that the sale did not complete.
