CJ Hole Henleaze are proud to have been serving the local communities for over 40 years. With the addition of the Westbury-on-Trym branch opening in 2014 as a joint venture, together we are proud to serve the Westbury-on-Trym, Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park, Brentry, Henbury, Southmead, Sea Mills and Shirehampton areas. Located in the heart of Henleaze, we specialise in both residential sales and lettings with a wide range of properties to suit every individual need, we also offer a dedicated property management service as well as new home and land sales. Our team are passionate about property and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. The office is led by born-and-bred Bristolian Chris Hill who is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area. As such, our team offers unrivalled knowledge of the region, extensive expertise across the local property market along with many of the team being Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

GoogleI have used CJ hope for buying and selling my property and both times they were fab. It was not an easy sale, but Lorraine especially was constantly chasing the solicitors and other parties in the chain, and always replied to my emails on the same day. The price was very competitive too. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe recently sold my Aunt’s house through C J Hole and were really happy with the service. From the initial valuation - where we were presented with comparable properties and prices, and clearly shown that they had looked into the property before giving us a price - all the way through listing, doing viewings, and completing the sale, we were kept up to date with progress and information. GoogleWe viewed 2 properties back 2 back on a Saturday afternoon being sold by CJ Hole, Henleaze. Charlotte, the agent was prompt and polite. She was a kind agent and really showed passion when talking about the properties she was showing but also property in general. She said she hadn’t been to the first property in person before but you would never know. She was informative and had all the information at her fingertips. She was able to tell us when the property was converted and the boiler was installed and serviced for example. I felt she read our non verbal cues well and when she could sense the first property was not for us she didn’t labour the point but then went on to describe structural changes could be made and the potential costs. The second property was more of our type of house and she was open to our questions. She followed up for feedback and then I spoke to her again today with property updates that she thought I may be interested in. Our impression of this CJ Hole branch and agent was positive and gave us confidence. We have agreed to further viewings with CJ Hole, Henleaze based on our interaction with Charlotte.

GoogleBuying our house took a long time due to legal wranglings but it was good that George and Lorraine were always on hand to answer questions and make us feel a little more relaxed regarding the process. They were also very good at pushing things along and making sure they didn't stagnate.
