I cannot thank CJ Hole enough for there help and support in securing our new home. In particular i would like to thank Lorraine from the Henleaze branch who has been utterly incredible the whole way through the process. As our sales progresser she regularly kept us updated and was courteous and professional throughout the process. My experiences of purchasing a property via Estate Agent C J Hole's Henleaze Branch in Bristol were excellent. In particular Kate Cullen,Sales Negotiator,was the star of the show in all respects. She made contact with me immediately I had expressed interest in buying the property concerned and realising this was my first property purchase she talked me through the logistics of property purchase showing great patience and understanding of my ignorance. Nothing was to much trouble throughout my succesful purchase and Kate was always very personably,kind and friendly. She always responded promptly to all my numerous queries and always made me feel I mattered. I realised from onset that Kate has great expertise as a Sales Negotiator and throughout the purchase process I always had 100% confidence in her ability to the degree that my advice to anyone thinking a buying property through C J Hole in Henleaze is to ask that Kate Cullen personally acts as your Sales Negotiator-I have total confidence that you won't be disappointed and recommend her to you without any reservations. I am currently also selling my former house through C J Hole in Henleaze and from onset specified that Kate must be my Sales Negotiator who I consider C J Hole to be very fortunate to have on their staff-she is excellence at its very best. Initially went with another Estate Agent, but after 3 months, numerous viewings, but no offers decided to try CJ Hole in Henleaze. It turned out to be the best decision. Two weeks later, had an offer on the table which we accepted. From the first meeting with Dan we found CJ Hole very professional. Now the house sale has gone through, we can not fault CJ Hole at all. CJ Hole have been great from start to finish. Joseph was punctual, friendly and informative on our viewing and helped answer any questions we had. Throughout the buying process Kate Cullen has been an absolute star, we honestly could not have done it without her. She has gone out of her way to help us with anything. Helping to chase our solicitors when they were ignoring us. Keeping us informed on what was happening and explaining anything we didn't understand and was a huge part of getting the property pushed over the line for our deadline so we weren't left homeless when our rental flat ran out. Whenever we decide to do this all again I will be asking for her personally. Thank you so much Kate.

We have used CJ Hole on a number of occasions when buying , renting and most recently when selling my mothers house. On each occasion the service has been second to none and extremely good value. The sales staff including Tim and George have been extremely attentive ensuring we got a good price for the house. One of the things that CJ Hole does is have staff to manage the process through to closure and with that in mind Kate Cullen has worked tirelessly over the last 6/7 months to bring the sale through to closer. George is an excellent assessor of the value of your property and was amazing at setting up viewings promptly and finding the right buyer. Lorraine then co ordinated the relevant parties through to completion with great diplomatic skills. The rest of the team were always available to answer questions and pass on messages. AMATEURS, UNTRUSTWORTHY LIARS; Statement from their website………. “When you choose CJ Hole, you’re choosing more than an estate agent. You’re choosing a partner who understands what makes Bristol special and what it takes to sell or let your property. Let us help you connect to your next chapter in Bristol’s story.” Their words…….?? However today, they are at full capacity so how can they keep to this promise??? We were going to list our property with them despite numerous failings from day 1; the director was late for the initial valuation, came again with the senior valuer and had to rush off as they had made another commitment, third time lucky they arrived with the trainee photographer and negotiators. Finally the director did his walk around to dictate the particulars and I was then shunned off when it was contract time to “show everybody the house as that’s what I am capable to do”??? The proof came for the listing and it was inaccurate, placing certain elements in the wrong rooms, rooms were also missing, the overall description of rooms was far from accurate and vital bespoke selling points were omitted too. We raised this and had to rewrite the description ourselves (the client!). Then the pictures arrived some time later and looked like a filter was used from love island making everything look orange! This was challenged and we were met with defensive tones and compared to other home Owners rather than taking on board the plethora of errors and putting it right! Contract terminated !!!

CJ Hole were excellent. They provided sound counsel on pricing to sell my Mum's house and sold it within a couple of months. Due to extenuating circumstances our side, the sale was paused but Kate kept the deal warm and helped to push things through, communicating as to where we are. After what was longer than it should have been, we completed at the originally agreed price. Would defo use again!

They were excellent at communicating with us to guide us through buying a house, including a very drawn out exchange/completion process (none of the issues were due to CJ Hole).
