CJ Hole Henleaze are proud to have been serving the local communities for over 40 years. With the addition of the Westbury-on-Trym branch opening in 2014 as a joint venture, together we are proud to serve the Westbury-on-Trym, Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park, Brentry, Henbury, Southmead, Sea Mills and Shirehampton areas. Located in the heart of Henleaze, we specialise in both residential sales and lettings with a wide range of properties to suit every individual need, we also offer a dedicated property management service as well as new home and land sales. Our team are passionate about property and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. The office is led by born-and-bred Bristolian Chris Hill who is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area. As such, our team offers unrivalled knowledge of the region, extensive expertise across the local property market along with many of the team being Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

GoogleWe have used CJ Hole twice as selling agents in the last 8 years and on both occasions the service has been of a consistently high standard. Most recently George and his team have been excellent with regular updates on progress. Cleo the post-sale facilitator is brilliant, it's so important to be updated with progress on the conveyancing, there's nothing worse than hearing nothing from anyone for weeks as was our experience with a recent sale in Cheshire. GoogleC J Hole helped me to sell my mum's house in June and it really wasn't a straightforward sale for many reasons but I couldn't have done it without them. I have recently sold a property in Henleaze, Bristol. The service provided by CJ Hole was first class. I received regular updates on viewings and feedback from those viewings and a sale was achieved within 6 weeks of marketing. Once a sale was agreed the service provided by the sales progressor, Lorraine Banbury was absolutely fantastic. She continued to liaise with the buyer and my solicitor and I doubt that the sale would have been completed by the stamp duty deadline of 30/6/21 without her dedication and input. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm, they were worth every penny

GoogleCJ Hole managed the sale of my late parents house in Westbury Park. It had been in the family for 59 years and so following my Mother's death in October we put it on the market. I met with three estate agents and Tim Pepper was head and shoulders above the other candidates. He came to a different view as to the value and saleability of the house and when challenged came up with clear and persuasive arguments to back up his opinions. It was on that basis that we appointed CJ Hole. Within 24 hours the house was sold, effectively before we'd even tested the market. As this was a probate sale there were quite a few hurdles to clear before we could complete. Again Tim's knowledge of the process and advice on possible time scales were spot on. Once the sale was agreed Lorraine Banbury managed the rest of the process. She was brilliant to work with, dealing with me in a very sensitive way as and when queries arose from the buyers. She was the perfect "go between" and always quick to respond to phone calls or emails. Disposing of the house was potentially a very traumatic time for my three sisters and myself (they all live away from Bristol) and so we agreed that I would be best placed to appoint and deal with the estate agents as one of the executors of my late mother's will. Without question CJ Hole made the process that much easier for me to deal with and stress free. Even when there were brief delays in the probate process, they were most understanding particularly with what was then a deadline to meet so that the buyers could benefit from the stamp duty holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who had a probate sale to manage or any other sale for that matter. A faultless service and experience from start to finish. John Malyckyj

My mother is elderly and chose CJ Hole to sell her home as they are a well established and trusted agent in the Henleaze area of Bristol. Every member of the team who helped her were very professional and above all treated her with respect and caring during a difficult time for her, made all the worse by the Covid-19 restrictions. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the sale process and brilliantly guided by the team throughout to achieve a good price for the property and a straight forward 'chain'.
