We sold our house in bedminster/ashton with boardwalk. We initially allowed ourselves to be convinced by another estate agency when they said our house was “easily sold” for significantly more than what boardwalk said. Fast forward several months and we “sold” for the price that boardwalk had said the house was worth. After that sale sadly fell through, we attempted to sell the house with another agency, again having allowed ourselves to be convinced by over-promises. After this agency failed to sell the house we approached Rhia Lloyd from boardwalk again. She stuck with her original price, and successfully sold the house within a few weeks. Rhia, in particular, was absolutely incredible. She is great at sales, being approachable and knowledgeable. She was always honest, whilst also being kind, and gave honest feedback, which we always appreciated. She gave recommendations on what changes to make on the house, which were incredibly helpful and realistic. She was always great at communicating and even went above and beyond after the sale was done (when hiccups occurred with the sale progression). We would really recommend selling with boardwalk. Don’t allow yourself to be convinced by unrealistic promises from other agencies!

I was met initially by Ethan, who managed the sale until the point of going under offer. Unlike other agents, Ethan was super professional, helped to value my home, and was not pushy in the slightest. Once instructed, he took real care to understand my home's quirks and USPs to share with prospective buyers. He secured several viewings and then managed all negotiations, securing me a strong offer. We have been so impressed with Boardwalk throughout the whole selling process. We first put our property on the market with a competitor and it didn’t go well. In comparison, Boardwalk sold our property by the first viewing. The images Boardwalk took of our property really made a difference. Once the property was sold, Alicja supported us through the sale progression and legal side. Alicjas help was integral to our sale. Our solicitors caused many issues and Alicja was consistently patient, approachable and advocated for us throughout the whole process. We truly believe that the legal side of things would have taken much much longer without Alicjas support. Alicja went above and beyond to ensure we could move in to our dream home smoothly. Overall we are really happy we chose to sell with Boardwalk.

I’ve had a good experience selling with Boardwalk. The initial valuation and market process was with Rhia who I felt really understood what I wanted and communication was great throughout this stage. The quote was a little higher than some other local agents but I felt it was worth it for the quality of service and marketing. After I accepted an offer there was a bit of a blip with communication and I think this was due to some staffing changes. I was getting a bit frustrated but fortunately Ellis then took over and I’ve been really pleased with how he’s coordinated the process in the last couple of months. He’s been great at communicating, checking in regularly and providing updates to get us to the point of completion. Thanks Ellis and Rhia.
