We had a fab experience using Boardwalk to sell our home. Rhia got our listing sorted and viewers through the door in days, keeping us immediately informed with potential buyers and offers. Laura was our Move Manager and managed the whole process really well. Both Rhia and Laura were super easy to get hold of and really helpful throughout the process, would definitely recommend Boardwalk to anyone looking to sell!

Mike and Ruby were a great team in getting our property in Brislington sold. Photos were amazing too and we actually got significantly over asking price. Ruby was great; responsive, friendly, and even picked up a lot of the slack from the estate agent who were managing the sale of my other property and mostly absent. GoogleAfter an unimaginably disappointing attempt to sell our house with another local estate agent we needed a wholly different experience. Persuaded to see if Boardwalk really are committed to setting better standards, we decided to try again, and what a revelation it has been to work with Tom Bolshaw and the Boardwalk team. From excellent advice on how best to market our property at the outset, consistently good communication, great care with our photography (thank you Tim), Tom has been actively engaged throughout, adding clear value by getting to know us and our home and proactively seeking to understand prospective buyers needs and always providing written feedback following viewings. Tom clearly loves his work and he has been diligent from the start. It is both excellent (and a relief) to discover an estate agent who is a credit to the profession and achieving results through engagement not merely by chance. After three blocks of viewings in less than 5 days we have secured offers and we may finally be set to move!

GoogleBoardwalk have been excellent!! They came highly recommended by my brother who has used them several times. Right from the start, we were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team. The photographs really showed off the house, and Holly did a great job organising viewings and securing a sale so quickly. The sales progression team were fantastic, communicating with other agents and solicitors throughout the chain to ensure things went through. Ellis was excellent at constantly being in touch, giving advice and pushing the sale to go through as quick as possible right up to the end!!! Throughout it all we felt supported and cared for - HONESTLY cannot recommend them highly enough.
