I can't fault Boardwalk at all…

I can't fault Boardwalk at all throughout the entire selling process, they were so proactive and helpful and were fantastic at getting my property sold with beautiful marketing. Rhia was excellent, very communicative and I didn't feel she was unrealistic at all as can be the case with some estate agents! Both Rhia and Ellis were great at pushing the process along swiftly, chasing whoever needed to be chased and generally keeping me updated at every step of the way. Can't recommend them enough.

Alicija Balec was representing a buyer in my chain and out of all of the agents, including mine, she was the most proactive agent in the process, she went out of her way to help resolve quite a complicated legal matter on our purchase. She was relentless in bringing new ideas and ways on how we can bridge the gap and move forward. I am really impressed with the way she presented herself and if we ever move again, we would want her as our agent! Highley recommended.

As sellers we were drawn to Boardwalk for their photos and marketing, but we were also delighted to discover how much more upfront and reliable they are than so many other estate agents. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish - giving us realistic advice but also taking our wishes into account, incredibly communicative, and taking pains to make sure we got the best possible photos and marketing collateral. He gave us feedback immediately after viewings and even rang to check in when we hadn't spoken for a few days, or update us on new properties coming to market that might affect our sale. Ester was equally lovely to deal with, showing our house to potential buyers with real care, and keeping in close touch as we got offers and went to best and final bids. (And Boardwalk's photographer, Tim, was friendly and professional and worked extremely hard to produce beautiful photos for us.) It's been so refreshing to find estate agents who aren't just out to get business, and who we feel we can actually trust! I'd recommend them in the highest possible terms to anyone looking to sell in Bristol. Just editing to add that the sales progression has also been brilliant - Alicja was so tenacious in chasing all the parties in the chain, proactively following up with solicitors and keeping us updated on progress. Thanks to her persistence we made our deadline for needing to exchange and we're so grateful for all her hard work!

We have just exchanged on our house purchase as first-time buyers with Boardwalk. We felt slightly unsure about the process at the beginning as we didn't have much communication from Boardwalk. However, we were then told Alicja would be taking over our purchase as a sales progressor and she really made our experience 5*. She has been fantastic, super proactive, friendly, and genuinely invested in our purchase. She got everyone moving whenever there was a standstill and would always keep us fully updated. We recently purchased our first home through them, from start to finish the customer service was impeccable. As FTB we were completely unaware of the process. Tom Bolshow was great, he gave us detailed insight into the area and the heritage. Talked us through the offer process and how to approach the offer questions. Rhia could not have been more supportive and organised during my sale process. The pictures and advert for my flat were amazing. Rhia made the process easy and my property sold over the first weekend. Unfortunately that sale fell through due to a change in the buyers situation but Rhia made sure the flat sold as quickly the second time. I really appreciated that she went the extra mile by offering me advice when asked on properties I was looking viewing and thinking of buying. I cannot fault Boardwalk. All of the viewings and help in the background from Ruby and Rhia were so helpful and professional. Boardwalk were the perfect estate agents for us as first time buyers - they made everything so easy - and I would definitely buy with them again in the future. The only thing is that I’d say the Boardwalk recommended solicitors, Lyons Bowe, were pretty poor and slow for the price we were paying.

Tom Bolshaw was very polite and professional right from the first appointment and continues to be during our sale. Tom has been a great client manager. I previously expressed concerns because I had been a Boardwalk client before (as a buyer) and felt that communication was poor however I decided to give Boardwalk another shot and became their client once again but as a seller.
