After having a poor experience with another estate agent, we reached out to Boardwalk off of the back of their countless 5 star reviews and we were not disappointed. Understanding our desire to move quickly, Tom took no time to arrange our house to be placed on sale and offered us valuable insight on the market so we could understand what to expect. Tom has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, he has been quick, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. With his help and the team at Boardwalk, we managed to accept an offer over asking and we are over the moon! We couldn’t recommend them enough for help with selling and buying a house!

Michael was a great support throughout our process of buying a house through Boardwalk. When viewing our prospective home, he gave us a real insight into life in the property, and you could tell he'd taken the time to get to know the sellers & the area too, which made a big difference in us seeing ourselves there. The process was long and complex, but Michael remained positive, trustworthy, upbeat and responsive to answer any questions we had throughout. I had the pleasure of working with Owen on a segment for Broadwalk Bristol featuring myself a Florist and Bristol independent business, Forest and the Flowers. I must say it was a great experience. From the very beginning, I was filled with nervousness and anxiety about being on camera, worrying that I wouldn't be able to answer questions effectively or came across as silly. However, Owen's professionalism, expertise and chat put me at ease. Owen's guidance and promptings during the recording were invaluable. He not only helped me feel comfortable in front of the camera but also ensured that I presented my thoughts and ideas coherently. His patience and support throughout the process was amazing. Seeing the end result of the video segment was nothing short of beautiful. I couldn't believe how professional and polished I appeared on screen. My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Boardwalk. We saw a couple of houses with Holly who was instantly personable and a joy to be around. If you're lucky enough to have Rhia selling your house, then you're in good hands! We were recommended Boardwalk sales through a friend. The first meeting with Rhia was great, this was the first time we were selling a house and we didn't feel like we were pressured into anything, it was a very calm and open conversation about our journey with the house. We didn't feel like we were being sold to, if that makes sense! The asking price Rhia recommended was higher than we thought we could get, which was great news for us. The. photography. is. amazing! Our house never looked so good! It makes your house stand out on Rightmove and we had a lot of viewings as a result. Rhia organised viewings over 2 days and we were surprised at how fast she managed to sell our house, for the great asking price we agreed upon. If you need your house sold asap then these are your guys. Our only feedback to Boardwalk would be that the sales progression team need to be more available, as we struggled to get hold of our sales progressor. We had to contact Rhia to get the final enquiries over the line and she stepped in and tied up the loose ends for us very quickly. I recently sold a property through Boardwalk and they lived up to their reputation of being brilliant. Josh came in and set the expectations of how well it was going to go and made us feel incredibly comfortable he was going to sell our flat. He managed to arrange 11 viewings within 4 days of the property being live and 4 offers within a week with full personal profiles so we could decide who would be best to buy our place. After the sell went through we then worked with Ruby who was always pleased to answer our calls and manage the buyers expectations.
