GoogleIf you are looking for somewhere to rent then I highly recommend Linley & Simpson. Mark and the whole team were really helpful with all of our queries and helped us make the whole process so straight forward, even taking the time to reply to emails out of office hours. One thing that stood out for me was when we viewed the house Mark just let us look round on our own instead of trying to upsell it to us then took our feedback and all the problems were sorted when we moved in. Overall, a professional, friendly and hassle free experience. I would definitely recommend getting in touch! :)

GoogleCurrently in the process of renting a property & although the goodlord rental system is a little tedious, the team at Linley & Simpson are incredible. Jake has worked round the clock to find me and my partner a suitable property. I went in branch a few times and every single time, without fail, they remembered who I was, what I was looking for and had things to hand. They respond within 30 minutes (usually even sooner) even regarding complicated questions. As a young renter, professional agents have a tendency to turn you away before both feet are in the door. We’d been told by multiple landlords/agents “well we will consider you, but if we have a doctor come through the door then we’re obviously going to take them” not exactly giving us much hope! Jake at Linley and Simpson consistently did the opposite. Reassuring us, talking directly with the landlord and making sure we were heard. Jake Aldridge, you are a wonderful agent!

GoogleTerrible company, fail to even do basic repairs in a timely manner when notified by their tenants on several occasions, despite the issues causing significant damage to neighbouring properties (and most likely the property they have let). Fail to respond promptly to complaints too.

GoogleI recently used Linley & Simpson as my estate agents for selling my house. They made the process very easy. From first listing it on the market to going through the sales process to final completion. What stood out was the excellent client management and timely communication that Stephanie Lockwood provided throughout the process. Being able to quickly WhatsApp’s Stephanie to get an update or discuss any issues meant that any problems got quickly sorted. I’d definitely use Linley and Simpson again.
