Moving from London to Leeds during the pandemic was a very daunting prospect but Mark, Abigail and Daniel have made the process so easy. They've been really responsive, always on hand to offer properties we might like and have kept us regularly and promptly updated throughout. We're only renting but didn't feel like we were viewed as less important than their buying and selling clients. I'd like to say what a wonderful and weird experience this has been knowing I have started my tenancy with the right letting agents from the word GO! Everything from viewing right up to this moment (1 month since move in date) Alice & Matt have been a great duo! Not mentioning the other staff that have taken part in this wonderful story line of mine. Having had a few nightmare experiences with letting agents previously, Linley & Simpson was a stark contrast in comparison. We had a sleek and smooth process from the initial viewing right through to moving in, with Sarah and Abigail always following up and keeping in touch if we had any queries, which is so important as a tenant. Could not recommend enough from a tenant perspective, and any landlord should be safe in the knowledge that their property is being managed to a high quality and professional standard!

After an initial viewing of a lovely property with Mark from the headingley branch i missed the flat going due to acting too slowly. Within a week he had contacted me with something even more suitable in the same building. Due to the property still being tenanted a video tour was quickly arranged which really helped with the decision. Dealing with Mark an the team at the headingley branch has been a stress free event. Polite, professional & responsive, they helped make moving during the lockdown a much smoother process. Overall very happy with the experience.
