GoogleI am in the process of renting a property. Sophie Hustwith has been superb from meeting her at the initial viewing to sorting out the paperwork. She is very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. I have been dealing with alot of estate agents over the past few weeks and I would highly recommend using Linley and Simpson for their professional service.

GoogleLinley and Simpson headingley branch have been fantastic in helping me find a flat. I rang Alice at Linley and Simpson about a listing they had and despite being very busy for Saturday viewings she came and showed me the property anyway. Really knowledgeable both about the property and the local area. Everything was so quick and efficient.

Mark and Joshua were great, they sent our application to the landlord shortly after our viewing and the offer was accepted by lunchtime! They made what is a usually a very stressful process short and smooth. Would reccommend!

GoogleAbsolute 5* service from Kieran on our house sale! From what seemed like an easy one (house sold from the first viewing!), the process ended up been far from smooth sailing... He would always keep us in the loop with any updates, and answered our questions before we needed to ask them, really helping to push it all through. And now we're in, and very happy!

GoogleDealt with Jake when arranging a rental at short notice. He was spot on - always available to help, answered any queries promptly and was really friendly throughout. Quick in putting forms through to landlords, and communicated any problems / queries. Would recommend.

GoogleReally impressed with everyone I have been in contact with from Linley and Simpson which helped me secure an apartment with quick turnaround. Josh was very helpful and went above and beyond to get a viewing only a few hours after my initial inquiry. Rebecca showed me around the property and was again very helpful and friendly. Transparent and quick communication from all would recommend to anyone and would use in the future, good job

GoogleMark and the team were very helpful with our property search. We were able to view the property quickly and multiple times. Move in was very easy and inventory was pretty comprehensive. Some minor maintenance requests we put in were dealt with the next day.

GoogleAvoid. Please vet your landlords, we have lots of mould and things that need repair. Our landlord will do nothing and is bankrupt apparently

GoogleJake and Mark were extremely helpful in our search for a flat! The team stood out in quality compared to every agent in Leeds we dealt with. They were friendly and efficient and if we need to move again we will definitely be back!

GoogleTry your best to avoid them. They are the most dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional agents I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional experience. I scheduled a viewing two weeks in advance, was told multiple properties would be arranged, but only one was ever confirmed. The day before the viewing, I was sent a last-minute text saying I must respond within 2 hours (by 12pm) or it would be cancelled, no formal email, no follow-up. I replied in the afternoon and even called the agent, who told me she would send the address. She never did. I only found out the viewing was cancelled the next day when I called again. No explanation, no apology. If this is how they treat people who are ready to view and rent, I can’t imagine how bad it gets after signing a contract.

GoogleReally grateful for all of Ellie’s efforts in helping us sort out a new rental property just before Christmas! It’s been stressful trying to get sorted at such a busy time of year, but Ellie has made the process as easy as she could for us. We were having little luck in finding a property, but from meeting Ellie for the first time at the property, to paying the holding deposit, and another viewing in between, the whole process took just 6 days! Thanks again!
