Hunting for a professional apartment in Leeds turned out to be no less than a survival of the fastest game. With properties getting let in matter of hours, only a couple of agencies were genuinely caring and informed us of upcoming properties to suit our needs. Linley Simpson was one of the very few who were courteous, professional and helpful beyond expectations. When we saw a property with Mark which didn't suit us he took done our needs and immediately alerted us to our current apartment. Kyle sent us the brochure within an hour and Adam arranged the viewing comprehensively showing us around. Adam even replied within an hour to our parking query as he had promised. After our go ahead Annie has been amazingly responsive, explaining the new guidelines and process with patience via emails. I highly recommend Linley & Simpson. As a landlord I let my property for 3 years; the rental team led by Angie were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. When the time came to sell my property Michael, Angie and Steph all worked in harmony to get the best deal. They guided me through the sales journey always responding to queries, chasing up on my behalf and managing the process. Special thanks to Steph who responded to my questions at all hours through WhatsApp which was exceptionally effective. I had been in doubt about whether to engage an estate agent with all the self serve options out there. Mark is an outstanding agent. He made sure he understood what I was looking for and has been really helpful throughout. He even contacted his colleague Sarah, who made time in her busy schedule to show me the house I am going to rent. I have been looking for a place for a while, and Mark and Sarah have definitely been the most helpful agents I have met in my search. Update now that the letting agency passed to Linley and Simpson: It has been the case now that two contractors have come to our place to sort out problems and neither was wearing a mask (or wearing it properly). It is pretty disappointing that the company does not pay enough attention to protect the health of their clients during a pandemic. Wearing a mask is literally the least one can do to protect others. Second update now that I have moved out: Unfortunately Linley and Simpson are more a landlord focussed agency (as happens often in this country), and it has been really hard throughout my tenancy to get decent upgrades to the property, and most of them I had to pay for myself. I lived for two years with a rotting wooden kitchen countertop (beyond repair), and the mold "attacked" my cutting boards. at the end of my tenancy, they even wanted to charge me for gardening of a garden that was given to me in awful conditions and that I worked hard to improve. Had I not been there for the check out, they would have probably charged me for that too.

I’m in the process of renting a new property and at times like this when there seems to be far and few properties to match what I needed, Sophie Hustwith made my experience great! They do not come to do the repairs. their is mice in the appartement. they didn’t disclose that the area was very noisy. We dealt with Morgan’s for 5 years and have had a terrible experience with events such as being yelled at on the phone after being locked out of our flat by an external agency and were lied to about the final inspecting so we couldn’t be there to join them for it. The communication was terrible and when they had lost documents we had provided for them they hounded us with a voicemail, email and text message to both of us (when it’s the middle of the day and we are at work) giving us a matter of days to get it to them. Completely and utterly disappointed with our experience with them.

Each member of the team ive had the pleasure of dealing with have been friendly and professional, particularly Rebecca, also the little dealings ive had with Gemma and Freya have proved its a consistent high level of service with these guys!
