As a potential buyer I became aware of their failure to keep the site in a tidy condition. A resident told me this is an ongoing problem and their customer care is very poor.

They do not keep to their own repairs charter.They do not care about the tenants or the tenants rightsQuite happy to actually break the law and leave tenants without their basic requirements, hot running water, during the pandemic

Got mortgage approved but Orbit turned us down! Broken dreams and hopes for family. Put risk to our daughter with mental health issues and myself. Do not trust these people that led people on. Horrible, horrible people. Please for your sake stay away from his false, two-faced people. They’re just after the money!!!!
