GoogleWe recently moved from Northern Ireland and went through Leaders to acquire our new rental property in Haywards Heath. Lauren, who was our agent throughout the entire process was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond on several occasions to get us in on time, after issues with our removal company. I would thoroughly reccommend Leaders to anyone, who not only are prompt and efficient in getting back to you via email or phone, but highly professional and friendly.

YellFailed to inform us of key facts on multiple occasions.
With under a month before we need to take on a place to rent, they suddenly changed their mind over whether guarantors are acceptable to cover rent. I'm in a new job and still in the probation period, my partner graduates this year and will at best be in the probation period as well. We needed a guarantor to rent. We told them at every opportunity that we needed a guarantor to rent. Almost a month in, they tell us it's against their conditions to use a guarantor to cover lack of salary, and we won't be able to rent from them.Terrible people who will lie to your face about what can and can't be done. Don't believe a single promise. Most expensive fees around, and the experience as a tenant is worse than anywhere else.

YellLeaders Haywards Heath - House Sale
We took a chance on Leaders, not even knowing they did sales when I approached them to see if my house was suitable to rent. When later discovering too much work was needed for it to reach Leaders (or other local agents) standards we decided to sell and were won over by the refreshing attitude and personality of Katie and her colleagues, who did not let us down. Their professionalism matched the quality of the sales pitch and we were very happy with the service received, and most importantly with the price realised, we would gladly use Leaders HH again. I was extremely impressed with the service i recieved at Leaders, Haywards Heath. Both myself and my fiance have had a stressful time trying to find somewhere to rent with the way the market is at the moment and i couldnt have recieved more help and support from the team.Not only were they quick, hard working (even though they were always busy), punctual and helpful but they also did all the above with a willing and friendly attitude and manner, making the process alot less stressful.I would definitely recommend the team at Haywards Heath and would personally recommend speaking to Sarah as she was fantastic and worked so hard for us. I also dealt with both Ingrid and Katie and had the same fantastic, friendly and helpful service from them all.Emily and James

Leaders provided an excellent service with my rental and found me excellent tenants. Any repairs or other matters were always dealt with in a timely fashion. They were just as good when I chose to sell through them - professional at all times yet very approachable and friendly. The photos on the property details were the best I have ever seen. All in all they managed both my letting and my sale in an exemplary manner and I would highly recommend them.

I have just recently moved home and just have to leave a word of thank you to Leaders Estate Agents at Haywards Heath. Pippa Bellringer, in particular, made sure the process went as smoothly as possible and certainly put to shame all other estate agents I have ever dealt with. She was helpful and extremely organised, and all the time, very pleasant as well. I recommend Leaders to anyone looking for a new place to live - the service delivered is outstanding.

The fact that I was then able to sell the property via Leaders Investor network was a real boost as I was able to sell with tenants in situ, thus never having the property empty.
