Simply Smashing!

Absolutely impeccable standard of service. My dealings were with Lauren, who was both courteous and professional, but I felt really went the extra mile when helping to arrange viewings for myself and my partner. Her advice and manner was so gratefully received from us and it was a complete pleasure speaking with her. She mad really positive suggestions and listened thoroughly to our situation and brief. I was really impressed by her. Her colleague Tom conducted our actual viewings and again, was a complete delight - professional, friendly and polite. They obviously have an enthusiastic and passionate team working here, but without that pushy element that you sometimes find. Despite not quite finding our perfect property, I would happily return to Leaders for future viewings, as I have every confidence that they would serve us perfectly. Keep up the good work and thank you again for such a pleasant experience.

I recently rented a flat through Leaders in Haywards Heath and the whole process was as smooth and trouble free as one might wish for. Gail dealt with my inquiry from the beginning and she took the trouble to listen to and to understand exactly what my requirements were avoiding any waste of time. The property I ended up renting was the first and only one she showed me. From there, she steered me through the bureaucracy involved in the most efficient and courteous way and within little more than a week I was able to move into my beautiful new flat. I would not hesitate to recommend Leaders and Gail in particular for any letting needs.

I've used Leaders before in Southampton and was never much impressed with them. We found a property we loved in Haywards Heath but it being leaders almost put us off. After meeting with Tom to view the flat I felt much more comfortable. He was an extremely polite person and was happy to answer any questions we had. Afterwards he kept us informed throughout the process and was always quick to reply to e-mails with any questions we had. I feel confident that any issues that arise he would be able to help with which has made the whole renting process a lot more relaxing. I'll certainly be checking through Leaders Haywards Heath the next time I have to rent somewhere.
